Welcome to Sea and Tee, your perfect vacation home on Bald Head Island, North Carolina! Our fully equipped home is located in the Killegray Ridge / Flora's Bluff community, just a short walk from Beach Access #31. Our home is situated in a beautiful, secluded, and unspoiled environment that offers a safe, peaceful family retreat and a romantic couples getaway.

Our home features a wrap-around front porch with rockers and a porch swing, perfect for relaxing and visiting with friends and family. The rear patio has outdoor seating, an outdoor, private, enclosed hot/cold water shower, and a propane grill, ideal for outdoor cooking and dining.

The first floor of our home offers an open floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen areas, wood floors, nine-foot ceilings, and a half bath. The large, well-stocked kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four, glass-front cabinets, and a beachy terra-cotta tile floor. The living area has a large-screen internet-ready cable TV (all smart TVs or equipped with Firesticks), perfect for movie nights with the family. The dining area features a beautiful, custom-made dining table and seats six.

The second floor has two large bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, wood floors, and nine-foot ceilings. These second-floor bedrooms are perfect for adult couples. The second-floor owners' bedroom has a small private deck facing south toward the water, a work area with a desk, small flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and a newly renovated private bath with double sinks and a spacious shower.

Our home is just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach via the neighborhood's private boardwalk system. Our beaches are never crowded, so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing day at the beach with your family. Sea & Tee is the perfect vacation home for families with children and one set of grandparents or two families (where all kids bunk together on the third floor). We look forward to welcoming you to our home!

The home comes with two golf carts. One is a four-seater Club Car and the other is a brand new 2025 Bintelli six-seater cart.

This home is pet friendly. Please note that we do charge a pet security deposit.

Sea & Tee is a duplex, but you’d never know it. It is very private and if you have neighbors while you are here, we'd bet you would not even realize it. Note that we have two outdoor security cameras installed for the safety of the property. One is located above the front porch and the other on the back porch. If you as a guest feel uncomfortable with these devices during your stay, we are happy turn them off during your visit.

We have stayed at BHI 3 times now and this was by far our best experience. Great home, host, and proximity to everything. The new kart made it especially fun for the kids with the built in sound system. Highly reccomend and looking forward to going back.

Killegray ridge is one of the BHI areas I had never stayed and the area and beach accesses are lovely. House is comfortable and well equipped with 2 carts, one being a top of the line 6 seater. Josh is a great property owner and responds quickly.

Owner was super responsive. Location to beach access path was literally across the street. Great space for me and my family nanny. Kids loved being on the third floor by themselves. New 6-seater golf cart was a nice to have as well. Would definitely recommend!

This was our fourth time staying on Bald Head Island. We always enjoy time away at Bald Head. This was our first time staying at this house, and of all the places that we have stayed, this is our favorite on the island. The house was in great condition, exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed to enjoy our time on the island was there and in good condition. The location worked great. Easy short walk to the beach, or hop in the carts and head over to the East Beach. Getting to the market and shops is easy from this location. For our next time going to Bald Head, would definitely plan to return to this house. Josh, the owner, did a great job of rapidly responding to any questions. Highly recommend this house.

We loved this property and cannot rave enough about Josh, the property owner. We had a little trouble with one of the golf carts and he quickly provided a rental and even refunded us $100 for our trouble. A not working golf cart in BHI is pretty difficult so that was amazing. The house worked really well for 2 families of 4. All the kids had plenty of room to bunk upstairs. We are also so grateful they are pet friendly, as our yorkie and friend's schnauzer are best buddies and had a blast. It was so close to the beach, I felt comfortable sending my 9 year old back to the house on his own when he was ready to leave the beach. It was an awesome/perfect week.

Stayed here for a long weekend with my wife and dog for Badwater Cape Fear 51 miler. The house is super nice, spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there and had fun driving the golf cart around to the market and restaurants. Great location close to the beach. Josh was very responsive. Recommend the property to anyone staying on Bald Head!

Wow! Incredible stay. You can tell this is a home the owners use and enjoy themselves. They have everything you need. Beach towels, tons of beach chairs, boogie boards, fishing rods, umbrellas, sand toys. Kitchen has a great blender, instant pot, all the tools you need and actually sharp knives. If you are coming anytime in the next year don't buy coffee filters (accidentally bought a new pack then found another). Beach access is across the street and very convenient. The outdoor shower was a huge bonus. Given that the food on the island is often lacking we loved cooking in the kitchen and grilling outside. King bed was comfy. Never noticed neighbor on the shared wall- felt like a detached house. The library had so many current fun reads. Unexpected bonus! Truly just show up with your clothes and enjoy your stay.
