To preserve this pristine sanctuary and honor our neighborhood relationships, we exclusively welcome discerning guests who actively value an atmosphere of mutual tranquility and respect. This property enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding loud music, parties, or unapproved gatherings of any kind. In strict alignment with local community standards, quiet hours are rigorously observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. To protect the peaceful environment of the spit, the active use of all outdoor terraces, the firepit, balconies, and watercraft must conclude promptly at 10:00 PM, and outdoor voices must be kept to a polite, conversational volume at all times to prevent sound from carrying across the water.

Vacasa Good Neighbor Program: The owners participate in Vacasa’s Good Neighbor protection program to support a peaceful residential environment. The property utilizes privacy-compliant smart home technology that monitors indoor and outdoor ambient decibel levels. This system only tracks device volume presence and never records personal conversations or data.

Security Cameras: Peace of mind is reinforced via discrete external security cameras monitoring the driveway and front entry and the water-side back patio entry points.

Arrivals are seamless and secure via a keyless digital E-lock system that generates a unique, single-use entry code for every individual stay.

Parking Details: Dedicated, complimentary on-site parking is strictly limited to 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
