A hop, skip and a jump from Seattle, there's a spectacular home where you can relax, get away and enjoy unending views of Rolling Bay, the Seattle skyline and, even, Mount Baker.

ABOUT ROLLING BAY VILLA

Recently and lovingly built by the owner, Rolling Bay Villa will wow you with views of Rolling Bay from every room. Sit back on the living room sofa and the lights of Seattle as the sun sets. On a clear day, see if you can spot Mount Baker in the distance.

Just outside the dining area, you'll find the covered deck with its comfortable seating and a convenient gas barbecue for grilling your favorite foods.

The open concept living/dining/kitchen has plush couches and chairs, dining table and chairs and a large kitchen with plenty of room to let your inner chef explore any culinary delight you might imagine. There is a suite of new appliances and plenty of cookware, dinnerware, flatware and utensils to accommodate your group.

Upstairs you'll find the game room with flat screen television, a gas fireplace and a large table where you can spread out one of the puzzles or games provided. In the smaller of the three garages, there's a ping pong table. Challenge the group to a tournament, if the mood strikes you.

Sleeping at Rolling Bay is an experience to remember. Imagine laying down in your comfortable queen-sized bed and looking out the expansive windows to see the stars popping out or boats floating by. Or waking up to the seagulls flying past squawking at their compatriots.

There's plenty of room for your group. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third has two sets of bunk beds with full-size mattresses, both top and bottom.

The two bedrooms with queens also have ensuite bathrooms, each with a shower. A third bathroom with a shower and jetted bath combo will help you drift away or settle the kiddos down before they go to bed. And off the kitchen, is a convenient powder room.

Just down the road about 1,000 feet from Rolling Bay Villa, there's public access to the water at the end of Manitou Park Boulevard Northeast. And, if fishing is your passion, up the street a way is a dock, where you can throw in your hook, line and sinker and maybe pull up a fish dinner!

Dogs are welcome, with our per night per dog fee. There's even a fully-fenced back yard area you and your pets can enjoy. We just ask that you use couch covers or keep them off the furniture when inside and on a short leash when outside. And, of course, clean up after them.

Bainbridge Island is a remarkable place to explore. It's known for its rich history, natural beauty and a seemingly unending number of ways to pass the time. You'll find many parks, trails, wineries, fabulous restaurants, plus local arts and events. Highlights include the 150-acre Bloedel Reserve, with 14 landscapes and about two miles of trails and Battle Point Park, a 90-acre former naval radio station, with many play fields, trails and open space to enjoy.

MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 29 days are with Prospera Property Management.

The property and location were great! My only recommendations would be that you need more items for the kitchen to cook (there are only 2 pans a very small and medium size frying pan). Other than that it was great.

Stunning View, But Not Maintained to Standard The view from this property is absolutely breathtaking, and the Bainbridge Island location is peaceful and beautiful. The setting is truly special, and the potential for this home to be a top-tier rental is definitely there. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations, especially considering the cost. The interior needs significant attention—carpets are old and stained, there were hairs throughout the home, and everything felt like it needed a deep, professional cleaning. The furnishings looked stylish in photos but felt small and inexpensive in person, more like budget online pieces than quality rentals. The master bedroom lacked a headboard, and surprisingly, the bed was only a full size—not ideal for a primary room in a house that sleeps 12. Most concerning, though, was the number of bugs we encountered throughout the stay. That’s simply not acceptable at this price point and made the stay feel uncomfortable and unclean. With proper maintenance, upgraded furnishings, and professional cleaning—including pest control—this home could be incredible. But as it stands, it’s not delivering the comfort or quality promised in the listing.

The house exceeded our expectations of view, location and style. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. Walking along the shore outside the home was lovely! Coffee on the porch was very relaxing. The road very private and felt very safe with our kids. The windows truly accentuated the incredible views!

The property was well and accurately described and more than met our expectations. We would definitely stay here again. This place is ideal for older couples who just want a peaceful place to enjoy the view, have happy hours, and barbeques on the patio. The little town of Winslow is a short drive away and is worth a visit. Very picaresque with nice shops and restaurants. We liked the excellent coffee at the pegasus coffee shop.

This property was very nice. Great views out of all the windows in the house, you can hear the sound all night, very relaxing. The island is a nice break from the city every night. The house was very clean and updated. We enjoyed spending time on the patio and watching the otters every morning. Easy to find, and the parking garage was a nice feature. I would rent this property again.

We enjoyed our short stay. Beautiful home! Loved the views of the water from all of the rooms. We were let in by the cleaning crew; didn’t get the welcome email until the next day after check in. This meant no WiFi password until late morning the next day. Having to collect garbage and throw it away down the street was unexpected for the price. Otherwise nice place to relax near the water. Beds were comfortable.

Very tight to get to location, ok by us, but the neighbors were very off putting and acted bothered we were there. They even questioned my daughter as to why she walking on this road. We simply needed more room for a family gathering ( we are locals since 1992 ) and were very respectful to the situation. The elitest attitude of the neighbors was not needed or warranted. Be forewarned you will not be welcomed here. Upon arrival , home did have fully clogged toilet on main level ( that we emailed on and was not fixed ) , massive ant issue in kitchen and unrun dishes in dishwasher, but we got past that and overall enjoyed the stay and the view is excellent. . I would honestly not stay here again due to the neighbors.
