NO AIR CONDITIONING: Please note that this property does not have central air conditioning, which is common in mountain homes. There are portable AC units installed for the warmer summer months.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premise.
