The Space:
》Upper Level:

- Bedroom 1: Queen bed set against nature's backdrop, offering serene views to wake up to.
- Common Bathroom 1: A full bathroom equipped with a shower and all essential amenities.
- Bedroom 2: Comfortable bunk beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.
- Living Room: Spacious, with ample seating, a smart TV, and sweeping panoramic mountain views.
- Kitchen: A fully stocked culinary space, complemented by a large fridge and an island with bar stools.
- Dining Area: A welcoming space for meals with a view.
- Outdoor Deck: Grill your favorites on the BBQ and enjoy the upper deck's vistas.

- Living Area: Cozy space with a smart TV for relaxation.
- Master Bedroom (Bedroom 3): Queen-size bed, with a non-functioning fireplace adding aesthetic charm.
- Bathroom 2: Another full bathroom, well-appointed with necessities.
- Laundry Room: Equipped with both washer and dryer for your convenience.
- Outdoors: Step outside to a world of natural beauty, complete with a hot tub for soaking in the breathtaking views.

Guest Access:

Other Things to Note:
- Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

- No parties, home is monitored by NoiseAware. Please respect the neighbors.

- AWD/4WD vehicles strongly recommended during winter months

- We can typically accommodate requests for EARLY CHECK INS/ LATE CHECK OUTS, but we can only confirm such requests 24 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. $200 penalty fee for unauthorized late checkout.

- Please note that there is absolutely no smoking inside the house. Any sort of smoking will result in a $300 fee to hire a team to remove the smoke from furniture and walls.

- Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. If any personal items are left at the property, we will, of course, do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $30 plus shipping charges for any items that need to be shipped back to you.
