« Tout est parfait du début à la fin. La villa est très belle, idéalement située et très bien équipée. les propriétaires sont adorables et toujours à l'écoute. L'endroit est au calme, ce qui est très appréciable et proche de tout. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors de nos prochains voyages à Saint Martin. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Manuela’s property. We were there for 2 months and would highly recommend it due to excellent location a stone’s throw from both the beach and the village in Orient Bay. Manuela is extremely responsive to any needs you have. All in all, life really is good in SXM! »

« Our stay was great. Property was beautiful and close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Laurene the property manager was very helpful. Whenever we needed something she made sure it was taken care of. We stayed the month of February to escape the cold winter at home. The weather this time of year was great. « This home in Orient beach has an amazing location with the direct access to the beach. We enjoyed both downstairs patio and upstairs balcony to lounge. The house is very spacious and so beautifully decorated. Every detail is thought through and makes your stay easy. There are grocery stores, bakery, and many restaurants within 2 min walking distance. Francois is a pleasure to communicate with and very responsive to all questions and needs. We are already looking forward to another happy return. »

« Great house very close to the village restaurants and market. The fenced in yard made it feel private even though the house is situated in a central location. Only three people from our group stayed at the house but all 12 of us would gather there in the evening. Sometime to cook and other times to play games and enjoy the hot tub. . Would highly recommend. »

« This is a terrific away-from-the-crowd getaway. Minimalist in style, magical views, and the most amazing and attentive host, Pierre. « Had the most wonderful experience staying at Cote Chic. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located in Orient Bay. Moune pays attention to all of the little details, and the place is well stocked with anything you would need. We would definitely love to come back! »

« This is a beautiful property - very clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed. The property has beautiful outdoor space where we enjoyed eating breakfast and the view from the upstairs balcony is fabulous! The central location on Orient Beach was hard to beat. It was a 2-minute walk out to the beach and about a 5-minute walk to Orient Bay Village which had a great selection of restaurants to choose for dinner. We rented a car, but for those considering not renting...
