« O hotel é muito bom, os funcionários gentis e bem educados. A decoração do quarto é lindíssima e tivemos uma ótima surpresa pq ao reservarmos dizia não haver Wi-Fi no quarto, mas há sim. Tem um área pública deliciosa em frente às suítes onde fazíamos nossas refeições. O café da manhã não é buffet, mas é muito bem servido. Super recomendo o hotel! »

« I was absolutely shocked how the hotel looks totally duisgusted at the cleaning standard .room was stinking bathroom was filthy dirty bed sheets smell in the room from no where it looks like the pictures on google .was very very disappointment i paid 13,000 per night and couldn't even sleep in a peace .stay away from this hotel until they improve their standards .staff out side was very unprofessional they dont wear uniform basically this hotel looks its ending . »

« when arrived at the property with my 2 young children. there would not accommodate the room i had booked due to booking via expeida. The manager was not happy with what i had paid. he mentioned that there were having trouble with expeida and was not getting paid from them. i explained i had booked via them and have paid. i was shower a double bed room when i had paid for a family room. when threatened them saying i’m calling the police. i was then given another room which still was not family.tv...

« Do not book this hotel it’s dangerous! They show something else in the pic but in reality it’s completely different…..it’s absolutely nasty & even the back door was broken when complaining nothing was done had to leave without staying & haven’t received any money back as well. « This property is in ruins. Online pictures are more than 20 years old. There were blood spots on sheets and pillows. Tiles were broken entirely in the bathroom, with Roaches running around. The toilet was nasty and was probably not cleaned in years. The hallway had trash (banana peels, empty snack bags) laying on the ground that had turned black.
