Our gated boutique complex features four identical one-bedroom villas arranged around a large, shared pool, creating a peaceful tropical retreat just minutes from Whale’s Tail Beach and the town center.
Each villa is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and convenience:

Bedroom: Queen-size bed, soft linens, blackout curtains, abundant natural light.

Living Room: Sleeper sofa for two additional guests — ideal for families or friends.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, Nutri Bullet, rice maker, hot water kettle, and blender.

Bathroom: Bright and clean with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, toiletries, hair dryer, and clothes steamer.

Comfort: All villas feature both air conditioning and ceiling fans for a perfect temperature day and night.

Private Patio: Outdoor dining and lounging area — perfect for morning coffee or stargazing.

The shared spaces include a sparkling pool surrounded by loungers, umbrellas, tables, a cozy community sitting area, and a refreshing outdoor shower.

Laundry: Guests have access to a shared washing machine and a covered air-drying area for their convenience.

Each guest enjoys one secure parking spot inside the gated, well-lit property.

Guests have full private access to their villa, including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, full kitchen, and private patio with outdoor seating.

Each villa includes one secure designated parking space inside the gated complex.

The shared areas — pool, outdoor shower, community sitting area, and laundry space — are available for all guests to enjoy.

Relax, mingle, and soak up the tropical atmosphere, but please respect everyone’s privacy and DO NOT ENTER another villa unless invited.

The Neighborhood – Uvita, Costa Rica
Villas Isabella is tucked inside a quiet, enclosed tropical complex in the heart of Uvita, one of Costa Rica’s most beloved coastal towns. The area is peaceful and friendly, filled with the sounds of birds, scarlet macaws and howler monkeys— yet only minutes from shops, restaurants, and beaches.

You can walk to the beach, grocery store, or bank in about 30 minutes, or take a quick 5-minute drive to reach them easily.

Nearby attractions include the Uvita Waterfall, local farmer’s markets, cozy cafés, and yoga studios.

Uvita’s main attractions are surfing and whale watching.

The famous Whale’s Tail Beach in Marino Ballena National Park is one of Costa Rica’s most iconic natural wonders — a sandbar shaped like a whale’s tail that appears at low tide.

Whale-Watching Seasons:
Twice a year, Uvita becomes the heart of Costa Rica’s whale migrations.

July to November: Southern humpback whales arrive from Antarctica.

December to April: Northern humpbacks visit from Alaska and California.

These gentle giants can often be spotted breaching offshore, making Uvita a world-class destination for whale watching.

Nature lovers will also enjoy exploring Playa Hermosa (15 min), Playa Ventanas (15 min), Playa Piñuelas (10 min), Playa Arco (8 minutes) and Playa Linda (35 min) — each offering its own unique charm.

Getting Around

Uvita is small and easy to navigate — most essentials are just a short drive away. While many guests enjoy walking to shops or cafés (25–30 minutes), having a car or scooter lets you explore nearby beaches and waterfalls at your own pace.

Each villa includes one secure parking space inside the gated complex.

Please note: EV charging is not allowed on the property, but charging stations are available in town.

Taxis and local shuttles are readily available, and a 4×4 vehicle is recommended for exploring the lush hills and rural areas nearby.
Please don`t charge your electric vehicle on the property. A $100 fine will apply if you are reported charging your vehicle.

Each parking space is designated for one vehicle per casita. Please respect the yellow lines for parking as a courtesy to your fellow guests.

Extra guests will automatically be charged to your account, $10 per guest per night.
Each casita has a four guest max capacity without exception.

The property is for guests only, no visitors are allowed without prior approval for safety reasons.

Please Do Not visit another guest`s casita unless invited.
