You have to communicate with them via SMS, email, WhatsApp. This involves check in and check out. « The room was spotless clean .... bed VERY comfortable. A nice touch that there were fresh coffee beans in the coffee machine !!!! ready to go. The bathroom is very functional and practical. « Loved this cute inn, in the heart of Hallstatt. I thought not having a private bathroom was going to be an issue but it was not. There are two showers and WC’s and we’re available when we needed them. Staff was super friendly and offered to help with our luggage. I don’t recommend bringing large suitcases as there are two flights of steep stairs. We ate a quick meal there when we arrived and before we left and were satisfied both time.
