Bac Ninh - Nos plus belles villas de location

« Do not believe any of the pictures or statements about the rooms. We booked a room with clear pictures of a kitchen and larger fridge and got a larger but bare room with no fridge or tv. Should not have unpacked and phoned Expedia. Showed pictures to manager felt like I was talking to a lawyer. He said it was expedias fault the pictures were wrong. But pictures are still up. Ask to get room promised but it was taken by larger group. Think they booked just after me so he put them in a kicked us...

« I recently stayed at the villa it was genuinely impressed. Since it’s newly built, everything feels fresh and well-maintained, with modern and luxurious interiors. The villa was spotless and smelled clean upon arrival. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable.Getting around the complex is convenient, with plenty of nearby amenities. Overall, it’s great value for money, and I would definitely come back with family or friends. »

« 호텔스닷컴 예약을 했지만,입장부터 차별대우 받고 20분을 넘게 확인을 해야했다. 방은 콤팡이 냄새와 청결하지 못한 컨디션.. 본관수영장을 가기위해 이동용 차량을 불렸지만 서비스가 어렵다는 회신.. 직영운영이라는 말 만 믿었는데.. 절대 다시는 가지않을거고,호텔스닷컴 또한 이용하지 않을겁니다. »

Google does not tell you much about the resort apart from poor reviews on restaurants, but I could not find a mart, shops, anything really? There is no information about the resort available, I...

« It was not a pleasant experience, from the moment of check in until check out. The check in process was very confusing, and I was charged entrance fee. I needed to pay buggy car, also needed to pay for the bottle water in the villa, there was this lady whose role is not clear to me asked me to pay cash. All these were not communicated when I made the booking. Basically the property is a private one, not related to the hotel. You can't expect a normal hotel experiece, need to figure out how...

« The accomodation was clean and spacious, but the area was very remote we couldn’t find any restaurants around at night time. The key of the villa did not work for our entire stay. We almost got locked out in 8 degrees weather. Thankfully we could get in because we had one of our windows unlocked. They have very limited hot water we had to have cold shower after 2 mins. They have no heater so I do not recommend this place for winter. The staffs were not helpful, they do not speak English even a...
