« Great location and this is my favorite Kansas City hotel but i didn’t get a shower cap because a hospitality kit was not provided. There wasn’t a coffee machine or kettle provided, though I asked twice at the reception. No mugs either. And room service was skipped for almost 2 days until I asked. We ran out of soap and toilet paper. »

« One of the worst girls I’ve even been in. That’s saying a lot at I was in the military. I’ve also been traveling all over for the past 15 months. There are so many repairs that they literally do not care to fix. The breakfast was a joke. All prepackaged muffins and pop tarts. Very dirty. It smelled. Bathtub didn’t drain.
