« Exceptionnel meilleur hôtel du Maroc »

« The hotel was in a terrible shape. The towels are old and the furniture also. »

« The standout part of our stay was the professionalism and solicitousness of the staff. They really go above and beyond. The hotel is located outside the small and unremarkable town of El Jadida - too far to walk at an hour's distance and unknown and complicated for taxi drivers. Best to show them the hotel on GPS and guide them on the way there. At the hotel one can enjoy the (unheated) large outdoor pool and terrace area, which has plenty of lounge chairs and tables. « Séjour inoubliable et à refaire. Repos dans un cadre paisible. Cuisine irréprochable, on a très bien mangé. Dépaysement garanti. »

« The pictures and description of the property did not match the actual property at all. They are absolutely misleading. The property was very filthy with many cockroaches. The wall in the kitchen was peeling. The dishes and appliances were extremely old and the light wasn’t even working in the fridge. The locks for the balcony door in the living room were broken so you couldn’t lock it, making the property very unsafe. The owner used chains since door locks were broken. There was also so much...
