« We had a wonderful stay! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to toiletries. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. We had a few questions during our stay, and the host responded promptly and helpfully. The house itself was spacious and clean, with plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. »

« House looks great from the outside. Very quiet, rural neighborhood. Inside the house looks good at first. But we noticed cigarette burns on the couch and curtains, as well as a large stain of some sort on the couch. Noticed small ants on the floor crawling around. Kitchen sink did not work. No water flow at all. Washer and dryer had a do not use sign on them. I inquired to the owner about the sign and he said that it would cost extra to use them even though they were listed as amenities in the...

« Really excellent property in a prime spot. High ceilings, full apartment amenities, sweet view of W Broad st. Host was super helpful with some initial check-in issues (that were caused by my inattentiveness) and seems like a generally cool dude. Just watch out for predatory parking enforcement in Richmond! They don't play. »

« Beautiful home with enough space and rooms. Parking is an issue if you have more than two vehicles but that isn’t any fault of the host. Yomi was very nice and we had an open line of communication. If I’m ever in need of a place to stay in Richmond, this will be my #1 choice. »
