Ski lovers rejoice! Located at the base of Beaver Creek Resort, this luxury 3BR/3.5BA condo offers the closest spot to the chairlift in all of Beaver Creek. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access from your back door -- the chairlift is just 20 yards away. Ski home at the end of the day or take the free shuttle.

Based at “Beaver Creek Landing,” this high-end condo includes shared access to a host of amenities, including a year-round outdoor pool and hot tubs, fire pit, on-site fitness facility, a large lobby, and a patio with dramatic views of the valley and Nottingham Lake.

LIVING AREA

The open main living room has all the feel of a luxury mountain retreat. There’s tons of room to sprawl on a sumptuous sectional, and an epic 75' wall-mounted TV is perfect for movie nights. After hitting the slopes, warm toes beside the beautiful gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

An upscale kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and side-by-side refrigerator. A breakfast bar has seating for four.

Host dinner parties at an elegant wooden dining with eight cushioned chairs.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo sleeps up to eight guests between three tastefully appointed bedrooms.

The inviting master bedroom boasts a grand king bed, 55” wall-mounted TV, and a spacious closet. A stylish en-suite bathroom comes with a double vanity, tiled walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 42” flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a tiled walk-in shower.

A spacious third bedroom offers two gorgeous queen beds, a 40” flat-screen TV, and beautiful dark wood furnishings. The attached en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Nearby, a half bath adds extra convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Fire up the gas grill on your private patio. A pair of chairs and an outdoor bench offer a prime spot to wait for the ski lift -- waiting just steps away.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, AC, and a washer/dryer. There’s parking space for one vehicle in the garage. Guests must go to the front desk to register their vehicle and receive a parking pass.

This condo also includes shared access to a year-round outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a fire pit, bathrooms with showers, and a private ski storage closet. The communal lobby area includes a pool table, foosball, and a cozy fireplace with a flat-screen TV.

You’ll also enjoy access to a complimentary on-demand shuttle service.

THE LOCATION

Just 20 yards from your back door, you can catch the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express Chairlift to Bachelor Gulch. For more alpine fun, drive 2.7 miles to the slopes at Beaver Creek Resort.

After a day in the mountains, drive just over 1 mile for après-ski fun in downtown Avon. There’s plenty of great shops, restaurants, and bars to enjoy in this charming mountain town.

In the warmer months, Harry A. Nottingham Park (also just over 1 mile away) provides a scenic setting for lakeside strolls, fishing, kayaking, and swimming.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This should be a 5 star facility and the location, items in the unit and facilities should be able to accommodate a rating like this. The one issue that we had was that every night at 2 a.m., the bedroom with the queen bed would go from the 70 we had the thermostat set to throughout the entire unit to what felt like 95 degrees F. It was impossible to sleep through the night and we were unable to get it remedied. Outside of that the location and proximity to a lift is excellent and the facilities are very nice. Unit is well equipped and comfortable.

Great quality property that was impeccably maintained and stocked. Large rooms with plenty of space. Felt like I was home with everything you might need in the kitchen. Management group was very easy to work with: check-in/out, one issue was addressed immediately and they followed up. The unit was clean - far better than most VRBOs I stay at.

Unable to visit as a family.

We planned a family trip to this property, but 8 days before the vacation some of our party got Covid. We immediately reached out to Vacasa, the property manager to see if they would let us reschedule so that we could be together. Our decision not to come after a Covid infection was based on CDC guidelines and the desire not to put anyone at the property, including staff, at risk. After several days (longer than the 48 hour response window), the property manager finally wrote back and denied our request. The property manager was within their rights to deny the rescheduling request, but in reality it would not have been hard for them to find two nights later in the year that were not booked, to give us the chance to be together as a family. In a time where we are all trying to our best with the pandemic, the property manager's decision meant that we could do this trip as a family. We will not be booking again with this property manager.

Unreal location & cozy, luxury unit!

My 5 friends & I rented this property for a reunion and had an amazing time! Proximity to the gondola & chairlift made it so easy to get around. The unit was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. We loved the fire and large entertainment set up. Only bummer is the language on the unit description and documents leads one to believe that an early check in could be possible. We saw online and called ahead and heard that there wasn't another party in the unit before us yet Turn Key told us early check in is never possible for this property. They couldn't even help us with where to keep luggage when arriving early. Luckily the man at the front desk of the building was very nice and allowed us to leave our ski bags while we walked around for 4 hours prior to 4PM check in. So don't expect to get into the unit early! Other than that, we loved our stay & hope to come back again soon

Would not use turnkey management again.

Turnkey management manages this property and they constantly tell you they are available 24/7 to take care of your needs. Well, they are available on the phone to listen to my concerns but they didn’t help me with a single issue that I had. The house sleeps 8 but there were not enough towels and blankets and pillow cases for that many people and no wash clothes at all. When is asked for extra washcloths pillow cases and blankets all I got was 5 wash cloths. They wouldn’t store my luggage even though my flight arrived 5 hours before check in. They wouldn’t give me an early check in. They are not on site and do all their managing remotely and it is not satisfactory. The home was fine but there were lights that didn’t work and pots and pans with handles falling off.. not serious issues but it is not very well maintained. Love the location though.

Great property, mixed property management experience

The property is amazing. Beautiful, very clean, well appointed and fabulous location. However, our experience with Turn Key was very mixed. Our booking experience was pretty miserable. We dealt with several customer service agents who misdirected us or couldn't be bothered to help us at all. I spent hours on hold and on the phone with various agents each with degrees of incompetence or apathy. We booked this property and then our situation changed due to COVID. I knew our property was not refundable, but contacted Turn Key via VRBO to see if we could switch properties. I was told that yes we could and was sent a list of replacement properties that met our needs - hooray! We promptly chose a replacement property and messaged Turn Key. Silence. So after a day of no response, I called them. I waiting on hold for about 45 mins, and was told that none of the properties they sent me were actually managed by them and therefore we were not able to switch. It was an extremely confusing and frustrating conversation. I asked if we could get some properties that would be available and was told that we were on our own to find a replacement. I tried to switch via their website but the online experience was terrible - we could not figure out what was available nor how to switch. So again I called. After another very long hold, I reached an extremely rude and abrupt agent who told me she knew nothing about the booking process and couldn't help me. I asked to be transferred to someone who could book a property for us and she replied that no one there knew anything about the booking process. I couldn't believe that a property management company would be unable to book a property. So I hung up and tried calling multiple more times over the next couple weeks. I finally reached someone who could help and understood the process. But he said that we had missed our window to make a switch, I needed to do it two days prior. It was an infuriating experience and I will never book again with Turn Key as result. That said, once we were in the property, they were extremely helpful and responsive via text. They fixed our Wifi situation and delivered trash bags to us same day.

Best Ski-in/ ski-out location

This property was amazing. It was everything we hoped it would be. The lift was right outside the back door. It was so nice to just walk right up to the lift and at the end of the day just ski right to the back door dropping off our skis across the hall in the ski locker room. The swimming pool and hot tubs were just outside our room and there was a great fitness room just three doors down. This could not have been any nicer. I looked at several properties before booking this particular one but I really did hit the jack pot. I highly recommend this property. Great for friends and families.

Will be back for sure! It was perfect for 2 families with young children! Easy back and forth from village, great pool, great services! Even had s’more sticks in condo for the fire pit!
