A free shuttle to Vail is available, and it’s just a 1-minute walk to the Riverfront Gondola, providing seamless access to world-class slopes and mountain activities.

In the warmer seasons, enjoy Nottingham Lake, just a 1-minute walk away, where you can paddleboard, kayak, or swim in the scenic waters. For a fun outing, drive only 14 minutes to the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater to enjoy a variety of cultural and musical performances throughout the year.

When you’re not out exploring, the condo’s location makes it easy to experience the local charm of Avon. Discover local shops and restaurants, with options for every taste. The morning of check-in we will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We have also included our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.

IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.
