Oceanside Dog Friendly w/ Private Pool, Hot Tub, Elevator, Media and Game Rooms
OCEAN SIDE Avon — Ocean Isle Estates — Set your sights on clear horizons when you settle into SEA SMOKE, a beautifully appointed six-bedroom/five-full and one-half bath home just a short walk to the community beach boardwalk and the ocean’s edge. Also close by are Avon’s charming dining spots, a grocery store, and the famous Avon Fishing Pier.
But, before you dip a line into the water, dip your toes into the private heated pool, surrounded by plentiful lounge seating, a 6-person hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a poolside bar to enjoy a thirst-quenching beverage. Heat things up with some competitive hoops, complements of the driveway basketball hoop, or in the ground-level game room where you can cue up a game of pool while watching the Smart TV and enjoying a snack prepared in the kitchenette. Also on this level are a queen bedroom and bedroom featuring two new triple bunk beds that share an accessible-friendly hallway bath.
Find your way to the mid-level by either the staircase or all-floor elevator and discover three more bedrooms: two king masters with ensuite baths and a king bedroom that shares a full bath with a media room featuring a new 60-inch Smart TV. This room, along with the king masters, has access to a covered deck to enjoy the island’s delightful cross breezes. The final bedroom, a king master featuring an ensuite bath with a jetted tub sits on the third level and offers access to a private deck. All of the home’s bedrooms feature Roku® Smart TVs.
Blues, greens, and natural wood draw everyone to the calming great room, an open, airy, and light-filled space that inspires communal gatherings throughout the day. A spacious kitchen features Silestone counters offering plenty of meal-prep space and a three-stool breakfast counter to accommodate early risers for coffee. There’s a gas grill in the screened-in porch just off the kitchen adding to the ease of cooking and serving those family-favorite meals around an outdoor picnic table or a dining table that seats 10. The great room offers ample seating to sink into at the end of the day to watch the Smart TV perched over the gas fireplace or from the furnished deck, where natural programming takes over.
