Our 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom duplex boasts a stunning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, jacuzzi tubs, and a shared outdoor pool and hot tub. Our place is less than 1 mile from Arrowhead Village and the Country Club of the Rockies. The two closest towns are Edwards and Avon, so buying groceries or popping into town for errands will be accessible during your stay. The home is located in the quiet neighborhood of the Springs of Arrowhead.

Our beautifully updated home has southern exposure to the sun and lovely views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living room. The recent updates to the home include a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and an inviting atmosphere for guests to prepare all their meals before their long days of adventuring the Vail Valley. In the main living room, you'll find the stunning, modern fireplace perfect for turning on during the year's colder months. Sitting in the grand living room with the fireplace is ideal for curling up with a book, watching movies, or playing games with the entire group!

The main bedroom has custom built-in features for your stay to feel luxurious! When stepping into the bathrooms, you will find two soaking jacuzzi tubs, which are the perfect place to relax. For those who need to work while staying at our home, you will find a desk and chair to knock out all your work and emails.

The neighborhood hot tub is located right off the back patio of our home. BBQ grilling is available for you to grill delicious, outdoor meals.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great! We will return!

This property was great for our party of 8. There are two primary bedrooms with King beds and the upstairs was perfect for our 4 college age kids to have their own zone and not be on top of us. The location was absolutely lovely. Very pretty neighborhood, great for walking. We really enjoyed being in a quieter area, but still close to all the action of Beaver Creak, Avon and Edwards. The couple of (minor) house issues we had were dealt with promptly by management. As an aside: The only thing we wished we had better understood was how the shuttle worked when staying in Arrowhead vs BC. It is a bit more limited in terms of where you can catch the shuttle and where it will take you. So my recommendation to management might be to have some printed reference material left in the unit so skiers in particular can better plan how they are getting from A to B and back. This didn’t adversely affect to our stay, just would have been a nice thing to have for those not familiar with getting around in that area. (I called the shuttle service for clarification but they were unhelpful. Ultimately we drove up to the Alpine Club parking lot or over to the Bear Lot or to the Ford in BC) Overall, we would definitely return to this unit.

Arrowhead Summer Weekend

My adult sons and I stayed in this very comfortable home. It was located in the gated community of arrowhead. It was a great location. The description of the home was accurate. The main living areas were remodeled and nicely done. The carpet in the bedrooms and stairs were a little worn. The place was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful Arrowhead Ski Home

Our two families (4 adults and 2 teens) had a terrific time staying at this property. The kitchen, living room, laundry/mud room, and powder room are all beautifully renovated and provided lovely common areas to hang out in. The kitchen is well stocked and the extendable dining table can fit up to eight easily. The two primary bedrooms (one downstairs and one on the main floor) were very generous in size and there is a large downstairs living area that also has a study space that was a quiet place to do work away from the upstairs living and kitchen area. The two bedrooms upstairs were smaller but also a decent size with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom perfect for our two kids to share. We did need to request humidifiers for the bedrooms, but they were delivered the same day as my request was made. The only downside is that it was a little confusing to have to enter through the main Arrowhead Gate and then through an interior gate with a code, as there is a much closer gate from Route 6 to enter through but for security reasons we were not permitted to have the code for that gate. This mainly caused confusion if you needed an Uber or Lyft as all online directions would take you to the wrong gate. So add a few minutes onto any trip made that way so that you can either explain to the driver that they have to go to the main gate and get a code for an interior gate or take the time to walk to the closer gate. Otherwise, a great, well-stocked ski house with attentive management.
