Escape to your ultimate mountain getaway at Ridgepoint Retreat, a stunning end-unit townhome in the heart of Beaver Creek.This beautifully renovated 2,200 sq ft sanctuary offers the perfect blend of luxury & comfort for your alpine adventure. With prime access to the slopes, community pool, and hot tub for aprĂšs-ski relaxation- your group is sure to enjoy! Whether you're carving up the slopes or hiking scenic trails, Ridgepoint Retreat offers the perfect basecamp for your Beaver Creek adventure.

Our Luxury Mountain Escape boasts the most sought after floor-plan in Ridgepoint and has been completely updated! You'll love the light-filled open concept living area with vaulted ceilings, cozy seating, and a gas fireplace!

BEDROOMS
Primary Bedroom - The large Master bedroom is on the main level and features a king bed and a luxurious new bathroom with a shower for two and separate dual vanities, a walk in closet and a small deck surrounded by gorgeous evergreens.

Bedroom 2 - Adult sized bunkbed with twin XL on top and Queen on bottom, located on the main level. There is also a twin trundle bed and full bath across the hall.

Bedroom 3 (loft) - King bed with ensuite 3/4 bathroom with shower. This bedroom is located upstairs in the loft, which has a half-wall on one side overlooking the main living area.

Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with ensuite full bathroom stocked with hotel grade towels and toiletries for your convenience. Located on the main level.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE

Head up the front stairs into the main living area and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our living room has two giant leather sofas and a reclining chair, a warm fireplace and a brand new 75" flat screen SmartTV to stream all of your favorites - Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, Pandora and more. There is a deck with a gas grill, bistro table and double rocker.

Our new kitchen and bar area will exceed your expectations with all new appliances and plenty of cookware. You'll have seating for your whole group in the formal dining room, eat-in kitchen and at the wrap around kitchen bar. This area is the perfect spot to unwind sipping a cocktail or cup of hot cocoa while listening to your favorite tunes or playing one of our many board games.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Enjoy two private decks - one off the master bedroom and one off the living room. The living room deck offers a BBQ grill, bistro table, and gliding two-person chair. Master bedroom deck has two adirondack chairs for taking in the views. Both decks face trees in front of the very large, shared community hot tub and summer-only pool.

Guests have access to the entire, private townhouse in addition to a world class ski resort and golf course, shared on-site hot tub and tennis courts and pool (summer only).

We are only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

The Ridgepoint Townhomes neighborhood is located inside the gates of Beaver Creek Resort minutes from all the action at the Beaver Creek Village, but secluded in a European style ski village with mature trees and starry skies. providing picturesque views and privacy.

There is no need for a car when staying at our townhouse, but we do have one reserved parking space right out front. If you have more than one vehicle, there are first-come, first-served visitor parking spaces throughout the neighborhood - 2 vehicle max per unit.

The Beaver Creek shuttle offers free, door-to-door transportation to anywhere inside the gates of the resort such as the mountain base, ski-school, restaurants/bars, shopping, ice rink, etc. Download the Village Connect App to call for a ride.

The shuttle picks up right at our doorstep. No walking to a bus stop!

Download the "Village Connect" App for up to date info on shuttle location/timing and to request a free, on-demand ride anywhere in the resort. During the ski season, the shuttle stops in front of our unit every 15 minutes. During the off-season, rides are requested through the App.

We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy.

Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
-Our Home is strictly smoke-free and pet-free.
-No shoes in the house. Leave all shoes in the tiled entryway.
-Store all skis & snowboards in the locked ski closet on the front deck. We have boot trays in the front entry.
-No food or drinks (except water) downstairs or in the loft. We have brand new wool carpet.
- Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
-Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
-We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
-Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
-Please ensure you don't leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
-We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we'd be happy to reimburse you!
