Family Friendly Ski in/Ski Out with gorgeous view!

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND VIEWS! BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED! The Beaver Creek Landing is Ideally located in Bachelor Gulch at the base of Beaver Creek Resort. Our high-end 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with west-facing views is ideal for a mountain getaway. With a ski lift just outside, ticket office and rental company on-site, and shuttle stop at the front door, convenience is everywhere. Enjoy a day on the slopes and unwind in the hot tubs, or take a dip in the heated saline pool.

Numerous restaurants and shops are at your fingertips with the Village Connect Shutte App to take you throughout the village free of charge! Or take a 15 minute drive to Vail or 10 minute drive to Edwards. Both worth exploring when you need a rest from the slopes. The free Westin Gondola runs during ski season and takes you right to a Starbucks, restaurant, and spa located within the hotel property.

The Beaver Creek Landing includes shared access to a host of amenities, including a year-round outdoor pool and hot tubs, fire pit, on-site fitness facility, a large lobby, and a patio with dramatic views of the valley and Nottingham Lake.

LIVING AREA

The vaulted ceiling of the open main living room has the feel of a luxury mountain retreat. A comfortable sectional, and flat-screen TV is perfect for movie nights. After hitting the slopes, warm up in front of the gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

An upscale kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and side-by-side refrigerator. Coffee pot and Keurig also provided. A breakfast bar has seating for four.

Host dinner parties for up to 8 with built-in seating and four cushioned chairs.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo sleeps up to six guests between two comfortable appointed bedrooms.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet. An en-suite bathroom comes with a double vanity, tiled walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. A Pack N' Play is also available.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds with an en-suite bathroom configured with a tiled walk-in shower.

A half bath adds extra convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Fire up the gas grill on your private balcony offering a view of the foothills, mountains, and sunset.

Amenities in-room include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, Apple TV, Netflix, A/C, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, steamer, bathrobes, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

This condo includes shared access to a year-round outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a fire pit, a communal lobby area with a pool table, foosball, games, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The ski locker on the main floor includes a boot dryer and plenty of space for ski gear. The garage offers one unassigned space with a dolly to transport your luggage up the elevator.

THE LOCATION

Just 20 yards from your back door, you can catch the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express Chairlift to Bachelor Gulch. For more alpine fun, take the Village Connect free shuttle to the slopes at Beaver Creek Resort.

In the warmer months, Harry A. Nottingham Park (also just over 1 mile away) provides an ideal setting for lakeside walks, fishing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and swimming. The large park has a playground for kids with a can't miss roller coaster swing!

The location of this condo is perfect! It is ski in/out with lockers available to store your skis overnight. You can catch the gondola right out the front door and the Beaver Creek shuttle will pick you up directly from the property too. The condo is very clean and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We will definitely be booking future stays!

Condo is great, probably one of the nicer ski in - ski out options. The building has a great ski locker/changing area and is steps from a ski lift that will take you to Bachelor gulch. If you like to get out in the evening, the location is ok, not awesome. There's a free shuttle that you can order that will take you to either Bachelor Gulch or the village proper, but it can be a long wait at the times you want to use it. Uber drivers had trouble finding the location and one cancelled on me. We had some issues getting into the unit, but the owner was very accessible and helpful via text throughout (the unit is not owned by an onsite management company).

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint! Perfectly located for the ski chairlift, which is our main criteria, along with the ski locker room! The accommodation is well laid out with a lovely roaring fireplace. Jen is super responsive and extremely helpful!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean, well kept and updated. The only downfall was that even though it was a ski in ski out, it was a little more out of the way from Beaver Creek Village than we had anticipated. Regardless, exceptional property, we had a great time!

I cannot say enough about how fabulous our week long stay was in this beautiful Beaver Creek Condo!!! We loved every minute, and all of us were sad when we packed our bags to leave! Jen was so wonderful to work with and super responsive with questions. She even sent a message just to check on us during our stay! We were a little nervous about the location because with our previous visit to Beaver Creek, we had stayed within walking distance of the village. However, our hesitation was unmerited because the shuttle system got us everywhere where we needed to be minutes after we summoned it! Also, the ski in/ski out convenience was absolutely so easy and perfect! We truly felt like we were in the middle of the action with such ease getting on and off the slopes! The condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The kitchen is more well stocked than any VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! The view from our huge windows in the family room was stunning. I truly have nothing but positive things to say and only wish that our week had not gone by so quickly! I’m so hopeful that this condo is available the next time we travel to Beaver Creek because I don’t want to stay anywhere else!!!

Beautifully updated condo with Mountain Views, in-building ticket office / ski rental, ski lockers, 10 steps from Lower Beaver Creek Express lift. Condo owner manager was lightning quick with replies and support. Location and conveniences were outstanding. We love Beaver Creek and we will be back!

Clean well stocked 4th floor unit in building of condos. First floor has ticket counter and ski rentals. Steps from that is ski lift. Unit was perfect for family of 4; any more might be a bit tight. Nice heated pool and spa. Underground parking garage. Ski lockers for equipment. Several games in lobby with fireplace. We had an issue with a fire alarm and Jen got it fixed immediately. She is a great host. Would recommend this property for sure!
