Entering the home, at street level, there is a master ensuite (queen bed) with fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Up a flight of stairs is the second ensuite (cal-king bed), main living area with fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel Viking appliances, breakfast bar and large balcony. Owner provides a twin tri-fold mattress pad - making sleeping occupancy 6 (1 cal-king, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa in living room).

From the kitchen is panoramic mountain views with balcony. Just off the living room is another balcony with a spiral staircase that leads to a spacious rooftop deck with mountain views and a glimpse of the ocean. The rooftop is perfect for lounging or entertaining. The BBQ center has a built-in mini refrigerator and gas BBQ, and dining table for 4.

Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and an easy stroll to Avila Beach Golf Course and Bob Jones biking and walking trail.

Sleeping arrangements: The master ensuite features a king bed. The junior ensuite offers a queen bed and a twin sleeper sofa. Additionally, there is a twin tri-fold mattress pad, perfect for kids to use in the living room as extra sleeping space. Bed linens for both the twin sleeper sofa and the tri-fold mattress pad can be found in the junior ensuite closet.

Owner will consider one (1) dog under 45 pounds, non-shedding, house broke, crated when left alone, pet fee applies. No exception to pet policy (breeds such as a retrievers are not good fits because of size and shedding). There is a non-refundable pet fee.
