« We had a wonderful time! The cottage is perfectly located just North of Morro Bay 1/2 block from the ocean. The first thing I noticed was how clean and perfectly appointed it was. I tucked into bed the first night and was comforted by the clean sheets and blankets. Loved the fireplace and whatever we needed was right there. So much detail even the decor was perfectly suited, like the lighthouses at the top of the shower. Thank you for a wonderful stay! »

« This is a great 2 bedroom one bath property in a nice neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and the house comes with everything you need to cook or BBQ with. The back yard is nice with a lemon and orange tree and the hot tub was hot and clean. Great stay in Morro Bay. Thank you Barron. »

« We stayed here for graduation weekend in SLO hoping to spend some time away from the crowds. We really didn’t have much time at the unit but it was a great place and the patio was excellent for sitting in the afternoon, only wish we could have spent more time there relaxing to the sounds of the critters in the bay while watching the sunset over the rock. »

« The property is exactly as advertised. Clean, compact, and homey. Check in was a breeze due to keyless entry and the code being shared before arrival. The garden was gorgeous! A lovely location to spend a few days. Marvin is a responsive host, he answered all my questions and emails both prior to and during the stay. Close to several beautiful areas and beaches. We saw so much of the countryside and ate at several great restaurants. »

« My wife and I stayed for a few days to celebrate an anniversary. The cottage was clean, check in was easy and communication was great both before and during our stay. We did not use the stove, BBQ, Porch, hot tub or pool so cannot comment on those. The two main issues with this unit are 1. the water heater is an RV style water heater and runs out of hot water after a 6 minute shower and 2. there is not a bathtub so may not be a good fit for little kids after the beach. « This is a sweet little cottage at the waters edge in a nice community near Morrow Bay. We were greeted by our lovely host who immediately made us comfortable and welcome! The property is a tiny house, perfect for a couples get away. Don’t expect posh hotel accommodation, but it is rustic, clean and very comfortable! »
