« The house is very old (which is fine) but in a state of disrepair. There are holes in the walls and the floors, we noticed ants in the kitchen (which we were warned about ahead of time) so we put all open foods in the fridge or the microwave. The ants completely invaded the microwave and we lost an entire pack of muffins and another pack of bagels. We had to spray everyday for ants, so I eventually had to go to the store to get more spray. Half the outlets did not work. The shower is so old...

« Incredibly pet friendly, location is PERFECTION. Deck view; incredible.This location is an UPSTAIRS unit- which was not mentioned anywhere I could find on the Vrbo ad. We did just fine with the stairs, but I did not realize there was an additional downstairs unit ( the add indicated entire home).Floors throughout the unit were pretty dirty-sticky upon arrival, hairy and dirty/sandy. Overall, we had a great trip-host was communicative! »

« I have stayed in many rental houses throughout the years, and this was by far the best experience I have had. The entire place was pristine and well appointed. Pool, fire pit, board games, everything you could want in a place was there. No detail was overlooked. The appliances were high end and anything you could want was provided. Glenn was very responsive and worked with us when we wanted to extend our stay. I will 100% return and have already recommended it to my family. »

« Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home, we really enjoyed the house! House had everything we needed and it was clean! Loved the extra bonus of having beach accessories ready for us to use! do think some beach chairs need cleaning or replacement, not big of a deal for us as we welcomed having them, it was a bonus! The walk to the beach was really nice and glad we can go anytime without it being crowded. Overall enjoyed the home and we do look forward to coming back next year! »

« The cottage was clean, bright, new, well thought out and well appointed as was the yard and grounds. The place has almost everything you could possibly need. Anthony, our host was responsive, very accommodating and kind. It was so cool to have a hot tub and to be able to bring our pups. We will definitely stay here again. »
