« The staff were so sweet, kind and helpful to the moment we checked in to when we checked out. »

« Very close to everything. »

« We had a wonderful experience at Snug Harbor Inn! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Avalon, with beautiful surroundings and a charming, relaxing atmosphere. The property has a lovely boutique feel that makes it perfect for a romantic getaway. What truly makes this place special is its intimate atmosphere and attention to detail. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, enjoy the beauty of Catalina Island, and create wonderful memories. I would highly recommend Snug Harbor...

The location is prime and they provided continental breakfast. Those things mattered to us. Our door latch did not have all the parts so could not be latched but there was a dead bolt below that. Our tub was very deep and hard to get in and out of even with the hand bar. Overall we would definitely stay here...

« Very disappointing experience. The hotel was extremely overpriced for the quality offered. First of all, our room was dirty. We found long black hairs on both the pillow and the blanket. The pillow had yellow stains, and the bedding was clearly not clean. The room itself was very old, outdated, and worn out. Everything looked tired and poorly maintained. We paid around $450 per night, which is absolutely ridiculous considering the condition of the room. For that price, you would expect at...

« property is somehow deteriorated, needs maintenance!!!! »
