« There is one word to describe our visit at this Casita, enchanting! Now that is not a word usually associated with staying in a studio setting, and the more we describe our experience, I know you'll find yourself wondering if we're family members of the hosts, but I assure you we are not. "The hotel is well located close by Disney, the staff are friendly but the hotel itself is in dire need of a good refurbishment. While the entrance hall and dining hall are fine, the upper floors are less than spotless.The carpeted floors are not very clean, our shower was leaking, splashes on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom, it could really do with some upgrades for the price paid. "

"We spent a night at this hotel after landing late at LAX. We had to wait about 20 min for the shuttle which was a lot considering other hotels had like 3 that came and went in that time. After that all was good, check in fast, room was comfortable and as described. We did not use the pool or have breakfast. "
