A number of issues at this location. Please see my responses in email. No water, a little water pressure in front shower, trash everywhere, dirty pool, half full propane tank, broken darts, ping pong table and paddles, etc.

Great location, nice yard but a few things should be resolved. The a/c in the house is not balanced. The master bedroom and rooms on same side of the house are hot. It was very uncomfortable to the point we had to buy a fan for my daughter’s room. The other side of the house where the other kids stayed was perfect.The dishwasher is basically useless. It does not clean so every dish was hand washed after running thru the dishwasher.Please note, the pool guys come on Wednesdays and not Tuesdays as the management company reports. Per the pool guy, “we always come on Wednesdays”. On that note, the pool was not that clean until the pool guys showed up which was more than halfway thru the trip.The gas grill was next to the trash bin and completely broken on arrival. This is unfortunate given I like to grill.Lastly, why is there only one mediocre frying pan? The other two non-sticks are unusable and a health concern. At the nightly price of this place, we expect a few good (inexpensive) pans, especially when the gas grill is broken. We have stayed in many Vrbos over the years and this place has potential, but more attention needs to be paid on the items noted. This place is not cheap and sweating thru the night does not make for a fun trip, nor does handwashing everything and having a dirty pool.

âž»We had an incredible stay at this VRBO property! The house was spacious and beautifully maintained, set on a large gated lot that was perfect for our dogs to safely run and play. The pool was absolutely massive—big enough to fit a paddle board, five kids, four adults, and a bunch of floats all at once, with room to spare.We also loved the added bonus of the tennis and basketball court, which kept everyone entertained. The outdoor bathroom and changing area near the pool were super convenient, and there were multiple seating areas outside to relax and enjoy the surroundings.When we noticed the pool lights weren’t working, the hosts went above and beyond by sending someone out to hang solar lights around the pool, creating a lovely evening atmosphere. They even brought over two brand-new volleyballs for us to enjoy in the pool.Overall, this property had everything we needed and more. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a really fun time and loved having a space big enough for our group to gather and enjoy the weekend together. The host was kind and responsive, and we appreciated the partial refund after mentioning a few hiccups during the stay, but overall, we made some great memories here and are thankful for the hospitality!

The property was spacious, quiet and in a peaceful area. The check-in process was easy and management was easy to communicate with quick response times. The house was decorated very nicely and the pool was perfect. One bedroom had three twin beds and a bathroom on one side and the other side, there three other bedrooms, one had two twins, the third bedroom had one bedroom and the Master bedroom was quite large.There were a couple is issues however, septic smell was bad, water would turn off, there was no WIfi, so we also couldn’t run the dishwasher, kitchen cabinets were broken and the kitchen faucet had a leak, there were still old food on cabinets, and grill was very dirty.It appeared they may be still working on the house, however I did receive quick response times with management and them trying to help the best they could.
