- No parties or events permitted on the site. We reserve the right to cancel reservation on the spot without a refund.
- No smoking (including vaping) permitted inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside. There will be a cleaning fee of $300 if there is evidence of smoking inside.
- Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am.
- Please strip the beds of all the linens and place them on the floor prior to checking out.

Pet Policy
- A $100 one-time non-refundable pet fee is requires.
- Please pick up after your pets including front and fenced back yard.
- All pets are required to be leashed if walking in the neighborhood or Pendleton King Park. A dog park is available within the park.
- Guests need to report any damage to the property immediately.
- Please control the barking (especially during quiet hours).
