The Wine Country Retreat is designed for families and groups who want plenty of space while staying close to everything Kumeu and West Auckland have to offer. With five bedrooms, two living areas and generous outdoor spaces, there is room to spend time together without feeling crowded.

In summer, the private pool becomes the centre of the home. Spend the afternoon by the water, enjoy lunch outside or settle in for a BBQ around the covered dining area. The surrounding greenery and open setting give the property a relaxed country feel while still keeping local wineries, restaurants and attractions within easy reach.

Inside, a large family kitchen provides plenty of space for preparing meals together and connects naturally with the home’s dining and living areas. Two separate lounges give larger groups additional flexibility, whether everyone is gathering together or looking for a quieter place to relax.

The five bedrooms are arranged across two wings of the home. One wing includes two connected bedrooms, with a room containing two king single beds leading through to a queen bedroom. This layout can work particularly well for families wanting younger children close by.

The location makes the home especially convenient for wedding weekends, wine-country stays and West Auckland escapes. Kumeu’s wineries, cellar doors and wedding venues are nearby, Huapai Golf Club is around six minutes away, and Muriwai Golf Course and Muriwai Beach are both within easy reach.
