Waterfront Sanctuary is the perfect place for your Waiheke Island holiday - with breathtaking views over the Hauraki Gulf, all day sun & plenty of room for adults & children alike, this is the perfect retreat for post beach relaxation.  This welcoming , furnished in a coastal chic style, home is a quick two-minute stroll to two stunning & safe northside beaches; Enclosure Bay & Sandy Bay. 

Watch the sun rise over the Coromandel from one of three gorgeous window seats in the house, then throughout the day as you lounge on the front lawn, watch sunlight play on the water below (along with, often, dolphins) In the evening, you can raise a glass as you admire dramatic sunsets while you're relaxing on the deck.  The entire property is furnished with a very welcoming & relaxing vibe, with great indoor & outdoor living areas.

The house is split over multiple levels, with the entrance into the middle of the house.  On the top level, the large & stylish lounge is to the left hand side, with uninterrupted views out across the deck & lawn to the gulf. With both indoor & outdoor lounge areas, this will be the area for relaxation.  Beside this is the open plan kitchen & dining areas, again opening onto the deck & the louvre covered pergola, perfect for outdoor dining drinking in the views! 

On the entrance level are the double bedroom & bunkroom, as well as the family bathroom.  Down the stairs from these are the master bedroom, with views across the valley, a balcony, along with an ensuite.

On the bottom level is a large self contained studio bedroom, with kitchenette and ensuite.  It has both a queen bed & a futon.  This is perfect for the grandparents or a couple wanting some space!  

The house is well equipped with a smart TV, Sonos bluetooth speaker, a spa pool, kayaks and lots of kids toys.  The house gets gorgeous all-day sun, but rest assured, there is a house-wide air-conditioning should you want to keep it cool in the heat of summer or cosy in winter.

Ideally located a short drive from Oneroa Village, as well as multiple great beaches, a golf club, great wineries and restaurants.
