The Space:
We are committed to ensuring a seamless stay for our guests. Our thorough cleaning service guarantees that your apartment is immaculate upon your arrival, allowing you to relax from the moment you walk in. It is outfitted with all the necessities to enhance your Auckland experience, including:

-High-quality shampoo, body wash, and conditioner
-Access to the building’s gym
- On-site private parking. *Please note this carpark requires the use of a carpark stacker. There is plenty of paid street parking around if your car doesn't fit the dimensions or if you don't feel comfortable operating the car stacker. See "other things to note" section.

In the master bedroom, indulge in the comfort of a lavish queen bed that promises a restful night’s sleep. This room is thoughtfully equipped with a bedside lamp for late-night reading, a TV for entertainment, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

The second bedroom features a sturdy bunk bed, comprising a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, perfect for children or friends traveling together. This room also includes a desk and chair, providing a dedicated workspace, as well as windows that brighten the space.

The spacious living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a cosy couch facing a Smart TV where you can enjoy their favorite shows. A sliding door opens directly to the balcony, creating a bright and inviting space to unwind together.

The fully functional kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals at your leisure. The dining area seats four, creating a welcoming space for shared meals.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Personal check-in: One of our team will meet with you to show you into the apartment. Please let us know your arrival time so we can arrange this.

Parking: A secure parking space is available in the building, but it operates as a stacker car lift, so we recommend using it only if you're comfortable. Alternatively, there is ample paid street parking nearby.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 5x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Check in started by us as instructed texting the person, after a time of not hearing from them we called to confirm, the response we got was 'oh yea I was going to txt you back at some stage'. Once we checked in, 'River' told us 'I bet they have not left the remote for the car park', surely enough this was true. Although when we emailed through we got a quick response the situation was not rectified and we were unable to use the garage parking that we were expecting having to park on the street. The washing machine and dryer also were not working which is one of the reasons we stayed here. Overall apart from above, the location and apartment were fantastic.
