Black Cottage is a beautifully appointed property with stunning sea views and sunsets conveniently located within walking distance to the Kennedy Point ferry.

The Space:
The deck is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation, while the interior features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area that also offers beautiful views of the water. Just a 5-minute walk from the property through native bush brings you to the beach for an early morning swim. The house is located within walking distance of the car ferry and marina and guests can easily stroll to Kennedy Point Vineyard for wine tasting and platters. Additionally, Palm Beach and Oneroa are just a short drive away and Onetangi Beach is a 13-minute drive.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1- king bed, Bedroom 2- single bunk beds

Please note: This property is not suitable for children under 5 years. The driveway is very steep with parking for one vehicle by the house. A compulsory exit clean of $200 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid-December to mid-January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Pets considered upon application.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Please note: Maximum 2 adults only. This property is not suitable for children under 5 years. The driveway is very steep with parking for one vehicle by the house.
