Note: the main bedroom is on the upper level with a long staircase. I would not recommend leaving young children playing around the stairs (the bedroom has a door that closes)

Also, there is no parties allowed. Only registered guests in the booking are allowed to be inside the apartment,

This is my home so expect my guests to take good care of it ... I am not a hotel or a real estate agent, treat it as your home and you will have an amazing time.
I have been hosting on other platforms until Covid starts, and then had a long term tenant until recently. The property will be sold in September and you can enjoy it until then (the calendar is up to date)

Bedding arrangement:
Upper level: King size bed with ensuite bathroom
Main level: The red chaise becomes a single bed. A second guest can sleep on the top of the sofa (with back cushions removed). The bed function of the sofa was broken by previous guests, but the top is actually much more comfortable.
Linen will be provided
Max capacity: 4 guests

Children:
There is a steep staircase. While I am happy to accept infants and children, it might not be recommended for them to access the upper level. However, there is a sliding door closing the upper level if you have a child that might be "active".
