Artist's Retreat is a beautifully appointed, newly built holiday home ideal for couples and families.

The Space:
The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas, along with the master bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom, make the most of the stunning sea views. The spacious deck is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to cook at home instead of dining at the excellent local restaurants. This property is just a short walk from the beautiful Onetangi Beach and a quick drive to some of Waiheke's award-winning wineries.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1- king bed, Bedroom 2- 2 queen bed, a single bed and a trundle bed.

Please note: A $240 clean fee applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum Stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. Advance bookings recommended. We look forward to hearing from you.

The Neighborhood:
This property is just a short walk from the beautiful Onetangi Beach and a quick drive to some of Waiheke's award-winning wineries.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
