Other Things to Note:
Please Note: As part of the building's body corporate regulations, all guests are required to provide an email address prior to check-in. This is necessary for us to send through important check-in instructions and ensure compliance with the building's policies. Thank you for your understanding.

Location: There are cafes/restaurants walking distance from the apartment. However, the closet supermarket is 7 min drive or 40 min walk. We suggest planning ahead and doing any grocery shopping before checking-in if you do not have a car.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: Keys will need to be collected from a venue which is just around the corner from where you will be staying (2 minute walk or 1 minute drive). Please note the they close at 9pm so you will need to collect the keys before that time. We will send you full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this property

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 2x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Stylish modern apartment with Harbour views

This one bedroom apartment has everything you need for a short or long term stay. It is also stylishly decorated and has some stunning art pieces. Brilliant location with a choice of great restaurants (and weekend market) close by. Wish we could have stayed longer!
