Historic building across the street from campus and Toomers Corner! Park and walk to everything downtown Auburn has to offer including the football stadium and basketball arena! A mix of historic Auburn and modern furnishings. You won’t find a more central location! All mattresses, dish-ware, televisions, etc are all brand new!

These renovated units are in the center of downtown. One parking space is provided per unit. You must use a parking hang tag to avoid getting towed. This tag is provided in the unit.

THIRD FLOOR WALK-UP - this is an older building and there is no elevator to access the units.

The location of this property was excellent and very convenient, which is the main reason I chose to stay here. However, the condition of the room did not match the price we paid. The sheets and towels both had visible stains, which was disappointing and made the stay feel less clean than expected. In addition, the bathroom ceiling had paint peeling off, some of which even fell of and into my hair during my one and only shower there.For the amount charged, I expected the property to be much better maintained and for parking to be more than a partly paved lot with glass shards that later ruined my new set of tires while leaving. With such a great location, this place has a lot of potential, but it clearly needs some major updates and better housekeeping standards. I hope management takes steps to address these issues because the location alone could make it a great stay if the condition of the rooms improved.

We love staying at the Magnolia Linen Company! It’s so convenient to everything; we rarely even move our car while here. The unit is very clean and cozy. It can be a little loud but that’s expected when you are staying near bars in a college town. They do offer sound machines in the bedrooms which are a huge help. We will definitely stay here again!

This unit is in the perfect spot!! Very convenient to everything but as some have said, you must be comfortable with the noise from the bars. The noise machines help significantly but the bars have their music blasting until the early hours. The unit itself was as described.

We recently stayed here with 3 adult couples to visit our kids who are students at Ole Miss and go to a football game. The house was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms. The kitchen and living area were well equipped and updated with plenty of space for our group. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this rental. Also, great proximity to the Oxford square a d Ole Miss campus.

Great for a visit to our Auburn Student and the football game!

Absolutely wonderful location. It is loud over the bar but we brought noice cancelling headphones and the host has noice machines which took care of it. Great for walking to campus, football stadium, and downtown!

Auburn condo

We stayed in this Auburn condo for a weekend in order for us to visit our daughter at Auburn. Amanda was a very responsive and gracious host, and the location cannot be beaten! The bars are loud as promised, but the noisemakers that Amanda provided were a huge help. Also, the condo is located in a perfect place downtown so it is very easy to walk to restaurants and fun shops. I would say it is not luxurious, but it was clean and got the job done! Thanks Amanda!!
