« My wife and myself have rented many VRBO properties and have a top raying as guest. Unfortunately after driving for eight hours we found out the access code to the property did not work. The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. « Unfortunately the unit was not "cleaned" well. Once I notified the owner he sent someone within an hour and brought new bedding. But there were no cleaning supplies there so they sent someone the next day to do another cleaning. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. »

« Beautiful Cottage. My husband and his son had a lovely stay. The communication failed regarding the thermostar - App under control of owner. It was a cold spell, but they like the temp 68 degrees day and night. On the last day when i checked re comfort. He said it had been cold. The thermostat was at 58 degrees. If you need heat be sure to check tbe thermostat relects your request. »
