I then had to find another last minute place to stay hours before my plane home. All hotel prices were jacked up to 3x the price it would have been when I originally booked. « This is a very comfortable home on the water with amazing views. It was a very quiet neighborhood and neighbors. We enjoyed swimming and sunbathing as the weather was perfect. The couch is a bit dated but the beds were comfortable . Some of the pots and pans could/should be replaced . We had a difficult time navigating the Tv cable portion . Not sure if it was a bad connection or what. I did reach out to Illita, who was very responsive and offered to send someone out. But our schedules didn’t...

« The host is amazingly responsive to bookings, questions and issues. Further the host is incredibly understanding and beyond generous with provisions at the home. The home has updated appliances, the furniture is perfectly comfortable (including the bed) and everything is sparkling clean. That the home is on the waterfront provides a sense of serenity and peace that I’ve not found at most other rentals. Without reservation I highly recommend this experience and I will return again and again. »
