Its unique, multi-level layout—featuring four main tiers connected by internal and external steps—creates a dynamic and characterful living experience, though it may not be ideally suited for guests with limited mobility.
Ground FloorOutdoors, a spacious partially covered terrace offers elegant lounge areas with chaises longues, as well as a dining space complete with tables and chairs. Guests can enjoy a traditional pizza oven, outdoor sink, and a refreshing external shower.Indoors, the villa features a large living room with direct access to the terrace, an additional more intimate sitting room, and a guest half bathroom. A few steps lead up to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher. From the living area, a further 20 steps lead to a double bedroom with private terrace and en-suite bathroom.
First LevelReached via 15 steps, this level hosts five double bedrooms and two elegant suites. It also benefits from an independent entrance directly from the access path.
