Sitting between Resorts Casino and Hard Rock Casino, our newly renovated Suite is in the perfect location for getaways. Enjoy a peaceful day on the beach and explore the brand new Orange Loop restaurant scene at night!
The Space: ENTRY: - The unit itself is on the third floor.
KITCHEN: - Kitchen stocked with appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure. *Drip Coffee Machine
BATHROOM: - 1 full bathroom in the hallway. - Stocked with needed amenities for a comfortable stay.
- Bedroom has comfortable and freshly cleaned linens. - Unit contains one extra pair of linens and pillows.
Guest Access: ACCESS & ENTRY: - Guests will have access to the entire unit. - Please be respectful to our neighbors in the building.
KEYLESS ENTRY: - There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the front door & unit code the morning of check-in.
PARKING: - Our street is Meter parking. - Free parking can be found on the surrounding blocks. - We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
MAIL: - Please be advised that it is important to remember all of your belongings during your stay. In the event that you forget any items, we will gladly mail them back to you. However, please note that a $25 shipping fee will be charged for this service. - Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from ordering packages during your stay. Our mail is delivered to a lock box, and unfortunately, we are unable to access it on your behalf. If you do choose to receive any packages, please request that a signature be needed so you can ensure you get your package! Thank you for your understanding. - We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES: - Quite literally steps to the beach & boardwalk! Please be considerate of neighbors in the surrounding units, please be respectful of our ecosystem. Our Building is located in a city; potential for noise from cars, and fellow beach go-ers.
SECURITY: - The home is protected by exterior ring camera security and interior building security in the COMMON AREAS ONLY (Building entrance, hallways & staircases). - Our building is locked 24/7, accessible from code. - Unit locked with a Schlage lock.
The Neighborhood: This property is smack in the middle of all Atlantic city's best attractions. Seconds from the Boardwalk and a short distance to Hard Rock Casino 🎰 Head over to Tennessee ave for some great food and strong drinks, gather with friends or Resorts Casino. Walking distance to Hard Rock, and Ocean Resort Casino.
Expect foot traffic! We are in a very popular area with many other beach go-ers passing by.
Getting Around: You can park around/in front of the building where there is plenty of on-street parking. For when you travel around the city, parking in AC is generally very easy, cheap, and accessible. We also have the Atlantic City Jitney ($2.50) a few blocks away that will get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in AC during your stay. But we always recommend seeing the heart of AC by taking a nice stroll down the boardwalk!
Other Things to Note: Expect foot traffic! We are located on a popular beach block with many beach go-ers passing by! This is a combo building half rental/residence :)
IMPORTANT!!! THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY! Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation!
All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra.
Here is the list of what is provided per stay: Bed linens Bath towels Hand towels/rags Shampoo + conditioner & body wash Toilet paper Hand soap & dish soap Laundry pods (detergent) Limited number of trash bags
One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay.
Dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, mixing bowls, salt & pepper, coffee maker and filters etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils etc.
**We also do not provide beach essentials such as beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas.
HOUSE RULES: A copy of the house rules are posted at each home. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund: _________________
GENERAL: Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, loud voices, and shenanigans down to a minimum! No prom groups No bachelor parties No more than 6 guests (You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house.) No smoking; If ANY sign of smoking is found in the home, the security deposit is automatically forfeited along with additional cleaning costs to be incurred by the renter. If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed upon number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction.
SMOKING POLICY: Our home is non-smoking. If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios. Cigarette butts need to be kept in a container and disposed of properly. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home.
PET POLICY: We do not allow pets here, sorry! There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property.
CLEANING POLICY: If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.
CHECK-IN: Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.
CHECK OUT: Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00). If housekeeping arrives prior to your departure and has to leave and come back there will be an automatic charge of $100.
