All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

When you're ready to explore the area, you'll find plenty of local restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short drive away. Whether you're looking for fresh seafood, fun activities for the whole family, or a vibrant nightlife scene, you'll find it all in the surrounding area.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Free street parking is readily available throughout Ocean City. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 40-minute drive, offering various transportation options to reach Ocean City. While Ocean City is best explored by car or on foot, ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are also available for your convenience, providing an alternative way to navigate the area. Public transportation options, including buses, also operate within and around Ocean City, offering another way to get around.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.

Great vacation spot

Nice location not too far from the beach and the boardwalk. Property was as described in the ad and was more than enough space for our family of five. My only complaint would be the loud footsteps from the upstairs neighbors late at night but that isn’t something the owner can control.

Great stay in the Gardens neighborhood

We found this little gem last minute and were able to spend the weekend on the Gardens neighborhood, which is our favorite! Place was clean, just as described. Having all the beds made and towels on the beds was a treat. Had everything we needed for a short stay and communication was easy throughout!

Very cute and modern rental

Stayed for all most a week with my family and had a great time. Very clean and charming rental. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Beds were comfortable and bedding clean. The living room and sofa area was big enough for the whole family to hang out and play board games. The owner always responded within minutes of messaging him. Beach is about 10-15 minutes which was nice. The rental had a shower in the back to rinse off before going into house. The only con was that my family was on the bottom level and you could hear everything from the people above you. It was tough because I have little kids who needed to nap and sleep at night. It sounded like elephants going across the floor.

Pet friendly and near family

Great spot for our small family and dog to land after a family event. It was the weekend before Memorial Day so it was a nice quiet weekend. Front porch was a nice spot despite the rain. Location was perfect as we have family in the gardens. Place was clean, in good condition and comfortable and host was communicative. Would stay there again for sure!

Quick family getaway

My husband and I took our 3 kids ages 16, 14, and 11, and our 2 dogs to stay at this very nice apartment in Ocean City. The place was clean and comfortable. Enough space for the kids to get their own beds. Ocean City is fairly walkable but once we got our rented bikes the kids were able to get around even faster. The property is in a nice residential neighborhood walkable to the beaches and boardwalks. John, the owner/property manager was very responsive and helpful. He even brought us delicious donuts! Thank you, John, for having everything in place for a nice family vacation.

Lovely Stay for Our Annual OC Weekend

A great property, great location and great if you have a pet. Only small complaint...property indicates 3 bedrooms/5 beds (7 people) but only 4 beds. Assume sofa is considered a bed. We did have 6 and comfortable so not really an issue. I would recommend :)

Last minute extended stay!

After spending a few days in Ocean City, we decided to extend the vacation but needed to find an available rental, the night before checking out of our first rental. This unit was situated in a lovely neighborhood, very quiet, and, pristine. John was very easy to reach and accommodated us splendidly! Will definitely be back!
