Summary: Just a few steps out of your front door will take you to the Raleigh Ave beach and boardwalk. Enjoy a morning stroll or evening bike ride and bask in the ambiance of the Jersey Shore. Our newly renovated home is perfectly sized for a family getaway or weekend retreat, enjoy your own private condo escape!
The Space: FRONT EXTERIOR: - Please note that to enter the building there is a flight of 9 steps to the front door. - 2 flights of stairs up to unit. - Unit is located on the third floor.
LIVING ROOM: - Industrial decor with a large couch and a large Smart TV (There is no TV cable, only streaming apps).
DINING AREA: - There is a table to seat 8.
KITCHEN: - Kitchen stocked with appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure. *Drip Coffee Maker
WASHER/DRYER - Laundry room located on the side of the building. Code will be given to you on the morning of check-in.
BATHROOMS: - 2 full bathrooms across from each other in the hallway.

Each bedroom has comfortable and freshly cleaned linens. The bedrooms and bed count are as follows: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed and Twin Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and Twin Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Twin Bed (NOTE: this is a flex bedroom. A curtain entrance provides the physical privacy and it only has the single bed)

Guest Access: ACCESS & ENTRY: - Guests will have access to the entire home. - Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes.
KEYLESS ENTRY: - There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code the morning of check-in.
PARKING: - PLEASE NOTE: our parking is the space up against the building, there is ONE private spot, shared with the building. It is first come first serve. *Make sure you are in the parking space not a sidewalk! - You will be given two parking passes. Make sure they are clearly shown in your front windshield. Please do not lose them as we cannot get new ones until the next year.
ADDITIONAL PARKING: - There is plenty of free on-street parking. - We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
MAIL: - Please be advised that it is important to remember all of your belongings during your stay. In the event that you forget any items, we will gladly mail them back to you. However, please note that a $25 shipping fee will be charged for this service. - Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from ordering packages during your stay. Our mail is delivered to a lock box, and unfortunately, we are unable to access it on your behalf. If you do choose to receive any packages, please request that a signature be needed so you can ensure you get your package! Thank you for your understanding. - We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES: - Quite literally steps to the beach & boardwalk! Please be considerate of your neighbors. The property is still located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars.
SECURITY: - The home is protected by exterior ring camera security. -There is a Ring Camera in the front exterior.
The Neighborhood: We are steps away from the beautiful Raleigh Ave Beach and minutes away from major hotels and casinos. This is one of the safest and cleanest neighborhoods in Atlantic City. You'll be able to take advantage of some of the top-rated eateries close by like Ryfe Bar, Knife and Fork Inn, Brittney's Cafe, and one of the best dessert spots in AC: Mino's Bakery!
Getting Around: For travel around the city, parking in AC is generally very easy, cheap, and accessible. We also have the Atlantic City Jitney ($2.50), and Uber/Lyft which will get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in AC during your stay. But we always recommend seeing the heart of AC by taking a nice stroll down the boardwalk!
Other Things to Note: IMPORTANT!!! THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY! Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation!
All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra. Here is the list of what is provided per stay: Bed linens Bath towels Hand towels/rags Shampoo + conditioner & body wash Toilet paper Hand soap & dish soap Laundry pods (detergent) Limited number of trash bags
One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay.
Dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, mixing bowls, salt & pepper, coffee maker and filters etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils etc.
**We also do not provide beach essentials such as beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas.
HOUSE RULES: A copy of the house rules are posted at each home. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund: _________________
GENERAL: Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, loud voices, and shenanigans down to a minimum! No prom groups No bachelor parties No more than 12 guests (You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house.) No smoking; If ANY sign of smoking is found in the home, the security deposit is automatically forfeited along with additional cleaning costs to be incurred by the renter. If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed upon number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction. Do not park on the sidewalk or in the neighbor's driveway
SMOKING POLICY: Our home is non-smoking. If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios. Cigarette butts need to be kept in a container and disposed of properly. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home.
PET POLICY: We only allow dogs for a $150 fee. There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property.
CLEANING POLICY: If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.
CHECK-IN: Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.
CHECK OUT: Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00). If housekeeping arrives prior to your departure and has to leave and come back there will be an automatic charge of $100.

Relaxing location
The property was in a nice location however parking is a bit tricky. The owners however do have two parking permits which allowed us to park right by the boardwalk entrance. The 3rd floor walk up is a bit of exercise especially when carrying bags but it’s do able. On the first morning my friends encountered a Mickey who just wanted to say hello, we realized not to leave any food out after that day. The closets could use some hangers and maybe somewhere to store our clothes other that on top of our luggage’s. Overall the owners were very easy to reach and helped out with anything we needed.

Renter Beware
We booked this rental for a group of 6 adults traveling to AC for a tournament. The morning of check-in we received and email containing the door lock codes and basic directions.
Upon arrival we discovered that the rental is an apartment on the 3rd floor with walk up access only. This was not mentioned anywhere in the listing or the check-in email. We can deal with that, but the next person may not be able to make that work. It should have been noted.
There is no parking for this building. One the table were 2 parking passes allowing you to park within a 2 block radius. Six adults staying for a week have more than overnight bags. With a lack of parking and 3 flights of stairs to carry our belongings we had to double park with our flashers on and make multiple trips. The closet parking spot was the full 2 blocks away. Three different nights during our stay we had to park 3 blocks away and feared our cars getting towed.
Our second night returning to the rental there were 4 cars parked on the wide sidewalk blocking the walkway to the door, I have photos of the vehicles parked right up against the building.
Overall the unit was clean on arrival. First sign something was amiss was the cockroach that ran up the hallway wall 15 mins after we opened the door. While eating pizza in the dining room another ran up the wall. We bagged all of our food in ziplock bags and kept nothing out. Morning #3 and there were multiple roaches in the shower with the black tile. I let the mice slide because it's cold outside and they were probably trying to stay warm... but not roaches.
The unit itself was clean but hard to work with. There are zero bedside tables, no dressers and unusable closets. The twin beds in the rooms became places to lay put clothes and store your stuff. The "4th bedroom" is barely wider than the twin size bed in it. I assume that's why it's not shown in the photos.
The hosts didn't bother us during our stay, so no horror host stories here. On our last day we asked to extend our stay by one night, they quoted us a 1/3 of the price of our week stay. After discussing a reasonable price they sent a payment link and then deactivated it before we could make the payment. Then they stopped answering the phone and replying to messages. We went elsewhere.
We have rented all over the country multiple times with VRBO, this is my first negative review and I dont take it lightly. I'm limited on characters or I could go on.
