"Pretty Posh Rose Pad" is the ideal retreat that will welcome you to Atlantic City! It is perfectly located where just a leisurely stroll will lead you to the amazing and famous Boardwalk, Beach and Casinos, all while being paired with the comfort of staying in a place that is posh and cozy. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is new, beautifully designed with beautiful aesthetics, trendy and immaculate! We warmly invite you to experience a great stay at "Pretty Posh Rose Pad" AC!
LIVING AREA: The unit has a spacious living area with a dining table, chairs and couch, a smart TV with streaming apps for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps), and an electric fireplace.
ARTIST FEATURE: -The unit was designed with "love" in mind and has an oversized plush heart that adorns the main wall in the living room. -Custom designed and hand made by a very talented local designer, Heather Howley, owner of Dying Breed Upholstery LLC.
KITCHEN: -The kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops, ample cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and all the features you will need to prepare meals.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: -The 2nd floor has 2 spacious and stylish ensuite bedrooms which comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. -Each bedroom includes wall mounted smart TV’s and cozy bed linens.
BEDROOM 1- 1 King Sized bed, dresser, closets and a full bath with a tub. BEDROOM 2- 2 Queen Sized beds, a desk, a closet and a full bath with a stand-up shower.
BALCONY: -The sliding glass door opens to a small outdoor balcony with a bistro set.
LOCATION: The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort and Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: -Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic. -The unit has central air, but being it is a 2 floor unit with 2 levels, at times the power of air conditioning may compete with heat rising. -Please excuse the complex's appearance- it is under new management and the HOA is currently doing renovations and landscaping to maintenance the building and grounds. -Please be aware Atlantic City is a multi cultural city style area, and this complex is mostly vacation rentals and working class Atlantic City residents.
ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests will have access the entire 2 level unit and the outdoor balcony. -There are exterior stairs to enter the unit, and a set of interior stairs in the unit to the 2nd floor bedrooms and the bathrooms. -We ask that you please respect the home and the neighbors. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
KEYLESS ENTRY: -There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING: -There is ONE designated parking space for guests to use. -We will release more information regarding parking with your check-in message. -Your car WILL be towed if it is not parked in the proper spot, so please be respectful of other's parking spaces. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -We are not responsible for guest's vehicles. -For any additional cars, we suggest utilizing self parking garage at Ocean Casino which is right across the street.
MAIL: -We will not have access to the mailbox, so we advise to either not ship items there or to add "leave at door" to your delivery instructions. -If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options. -We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES: -Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.
SECURITY: -The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.
HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS: At "Pretty Posh Pad", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.
CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
AMENITIES: -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety. -Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. -No laundry detergent is provided. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.

OTHER DETAILS: -Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures. -Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

The Perfect Spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, cozy, well appointed renatl. It had everything you could need. It was close to the casinos and boardwalk. And the owners were very friendly and super quick to respond. We would definitely rent again!

Day 1 - 8pm Arrival
Went to the wrong complex initially, which made getting to the apartment complex that we rented a bit of a letdown. The new modern complex next door was quite appealing even though we didn’t even go inside. It actually reminds me of a hotel we stayed in earlier this year. Very nice accommodations.
Anyway, the complex where this property is cannot be mistaken for new or modern. I won’t go as far as to call it rundown, but as the owner mentions in the documents explaining the property, “a little wear and tear should be expected”. Everyone’s definition of “a little” is very different and can vary *widely* however I would agree with 4 exceptions:
1. Stains on the worn carpet.
2. Wallpaper peeling from the wall in master bedroom.
3. A few worn areas needing drywall touch ups.
4. Exterior is extremely rough at best. The term “Low Income Housing” comes to mind. Multiple times. Like every time you come and go from the unit Visually it’s really really rough. Each door looks very much worn and torn, a couple are just simply run down, and about to fall down. This is the reason why there are *no* exterior pictures on VRBO. I’m fairly sure that there would be a lot less rentals to this property if folks knew what the exterior looks like. I personally would not have rented if I knew. I’m guessing that VRBO doesn’t require owners to show exterior surroundings.
VRBO should require visibility of exterior surroundings.

Perfect for girls trip

Cute, Quaint & right near Ocean, Showboat & Hard Rock
The property was recently renovated and purposely set up for a cute STR week/weekend. Its 2 floors, first is the commons spaces and 2 Bdrms upstairs, which is nice is some people want to go to bed and others stay up late. Décor is cute for couples or a girls get away weekend. The location is walking distance to Showboat, Hard Rock and Ocean with 2 Bdrms - one King & 2 Full. Each has its own bathroom which is 100% a plus for groups. The Kitchen is clean and recently renovated. When you pull up there is a metal fence around the apartment complex, the unit only comes with 1 spot so we dropped one car at a self park at HR for $30 for the entire stay and then drove over and parked. The check in was easy, digital door code makes it easy to get in and out. Plenty of space in the common areas to hang out and it even has a decent sized outdoor balcony. Despite being right "there" in AC it was relatively quiet in the unit at night and has black out shades to sleep in. Walking distance to the indoor water park as well for families looking for a big space for larger groups to do a quick weekend in AC with that in mind. All in all, it was an easy experience and a good value and location. Thank you :)
