PRIME BEACH-BLOCK LOCATION. Very clean 1 bedroom condo unit. A 5 min. walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Sleeps family of 5 comfortably. Smart TV with streaming capabilities . Full bath, kitchen with utensils and dishes, refrigerator, microwave, oven toaster, dishwasher, and Keurig dual coffee maker. Free street parking from 8th to 1st street.Pay to park next door. Bike rack and outside shower. Close to ACME grocery, bike rentals, gym, restaurants, Music Pier, amusement parks and shops

Very Clean, tidy, and cozy location. Nestled at the heart of Ocean City.Accessible to all water parks, amusement centers, bike rentals, and restaurants. 1/2 block to the famous Boardwalk and clear blue beach,

All guests have access to the entire space inside the condominium. Outside space will be shared with other guests in the building.

The condo is 1/2 block from the beach/boardwalk. It is close to Gillian's Wonderland Pier, Ocean City Water park, Playland Castaway Cove, and many other boardwalk attractions. The condo is walking distance to many boutiques, stores, and restaurants.

There are available free public and street parking around town. Close to public transportation. Bike rentals are available close to the building. Close to multiple amusement parks, the Music Pier and water parks

Please make sure that the 1card key to the building and 5 beach passes are placed back in place before you leave to avoid incurring charges . KThank you.😊
Additional rules
1. You will abide by Federal and State and local laws . 2.Absolutely NO smoking, vaping or drug use on-premises. It is a condo rule. A $500.00 fine will be billed to you if you do not abide by this rule. Tampering and or removal of fire alarm and smoke detector will be a cause of immediate removal from the property without a refund.
3. My place is not appropriate for parties and events. You must be 18 years or older to check-in and staying the entire time of the booking. Quiet time is between 10PM and 9 AM. Please be courteous.

4. Subletting or subleasing of my place is not allowed. No pets of any kind is allowed in our unit.

5. Upon arrival, sign the guest registry. You will receive the keypad code to my unit.

6. For safety reasons, you must sign-out when you check -out.
If you leave before 11AM and if no one is at the desk , please let me know by text.
Keep the key fob and beach passes together. There will be a replacement fee for each if lost.
7. You must use the shower out back of the building to rinse off all sand before coming into the building. An extra cleaning charge of$50.0 will be imposed if sand is found anywhere in the unit.
8. There is a bike rack at the back of the building.There is security /surveillance camera for safety.

9. Store all beach chairs and other beach paraphernalia in the trunk of your car.

10. Check-in is between 4 PM-7 PM. For late check-ins , please let me know at least a day in advance so I can get a one time code for entering the building after 7PM.

11. Check-out is at 11 AM. There will be a $100 late charge for every hour until you check out. We will try to offer late check -out if needed and if possible but probably not during the busy season.

12. The front door card key will be locked inside your unit. This will access the building after 7 PM. Leave the key locked in the unit when you check out. There will be a $100.00 charge to replace it if it is lost.
There are five (5 ) beach tags provided for use during your stay . There will be a $50 replacement charge for each if lost . Please put it back in place together with key card when you leave.

13. Bring your own beach towels.

14. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes in place you got them.

15. If you want to do laundry, you will need soap and credit card for credit card operated laundry room.

16. My unit is not hypoallergenic. Cleaners use bleach wipes in the unit and a completely sanitized after every new set of guests. This includes comforters.

17. There is a $125 charge for cleaning.

18. Do not remove shower towels in the unit.

19. You can leave the bed you use unmade.

20. Keurig dual coffee maker is supplied with some pods to get started. Please bring more pods to use and replace as many as you would like. Bring your favorite coffee grounds to brew and please remove coffee grounds after use.

21. You will be charged a replacement cost for anything missing from my unit.

22. We offer no parking . There is free nearby parking 1or 2 streets over and free street parking from 7th street to 1st street or pay parking right next door for about $20 a night . Metered parking available across the building .

23. Electric stove, refrigerator, microwave in the unit for hotdogs.soda, water and etc.
Help yourself to the sample shampoos, soaps, and lotions.

24. Please take the trash out back to the dumpsters. There will be $25 extra charge for trash left in the unit .

25. Please leave the unit as clean and tidy as possible. Thank you. 😊
