Just mere steps away (less than half a block) from the beach and boardwalk, the restored historic Hanscom Building has an old world charm that nearby hotels lack. Our newly renovated condo known as "The Condo By The Sea" may not be all that huge, but it's bright, lovely, and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay at the beach. Cook meals right in our kitchenette, watch Netflix throughout the day, do laundry in the building and head to the beach using our beach tags, towels, chairs and umbrella, we have all the essentials hotels won't offer and at a fraction of the cost! We have thought about just about everything you will need for your stay at The Condo By The Sea and provide a turnkey experience during your stay!

+ Enough room to sleep 2-3 comfortably (ideal for a couple or couple with one small child) the condo is only 179 SQ FT. so **YES IT IS SMALL**, but laid out well for the amount of people advertised.
+ Queen size bed with a 2" gel cooling memory foam queen mattress topper that will accommodate two adults along with a pull-out twin trundle.
+ All linens included, bathroom towels and bedding! (This is a rarity for rentals in Ocean City)
+ Private bathroom with double door shower and upgraded granite countertop
+ WiFi is available throughout the entire building, not just in our unit.
+ Wall-mounted TV with cable and access to Netflix and Roku accounts included
+ Efficiency kitchen with all the amenities necessary to self-cater on nights you'd prefer to stay in or save on your food budget: small fridge, microwave, Keurig with k-cups, toaster, dual hot plates, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils and silverware, cups, even wine glasses (if you want to buy a bottle or two before coming into town)

+ Dead bolt lock to secure the door to the condo, plus a security chain for the door for extra added security. The main front door to the building requires a key card after 7pm to access the building
