Across both units, guests can enjoy multiple bright living spaces with large smart TVs, comfortable seating, and plenty of room to gather after a day at the shore.
The first-floor unit features a fun game area with shuffleboard, foosball, tabletop hockey, and board games for all ages. Both kitchens are fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, featuring quartz countertops, white shaker cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and ample dining space for group meals. One kitchen also includes a wraparound countertop with bar seating, while the upstairs unit offers a beautiful front patio with a glimpse of the ocean. Central heat and air conditioning provide year-round comfort throughout the property.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms With eight bedrooms and five full bathrooms across both private units, the home comfortably accommodates up to 17 guests with a variety of sleeping arrangements ideal for families and groups.

Outdoor Space & Parking Guests can enjoy multiple outdoor spaces including a private back deck with seating and BBQ grill, a spacious front patio in unit B with ocean glimpses, and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach.
Four parking passes are provided for free nearby street parking, and we make our best efforts to keep space available directly in front of the driveway for additional convenience. Both units have washers and dryers for guest use.

If you fancy traveling at a slower pace during the weekend, take a bike ride on the beachfront in Ventnor, New Jersey, which connects to the Atlantic City boardwalk.

Listing Notes: PARKING: Four parking passes are provided for 24/7 free street parking nearby the house. The driveway in front of the home is too short to fit a vehicle, however, we make our best efforts to keep the space in front of the driveway clear, offering one dedicated street parking space.
TVs: All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.
MULIT UNIT BLDG: Like many other homes in the Ventnor area, this home consists of two units. This listing is comprised of both units A, and B. They are the only two units in the building so you`ll have the entire property to yourself. Both units are accessed with a common door which is at the front of the building up about 6 steps from the street.
STAIRS: Approx. 8 stairs required to access the main living area and approx 10 additional stairs required to access 2nd and 3rd floors
HVAC: The home is heated and cooled via a central forced air system controlled by a wall mounted thermostat.
Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments. The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time. - Absolutely no parties or events. - No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee. - No drugs - No underage consumption of alcohol - No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels. - Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. - No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host. - No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls. - No Candles, wax or open flames. - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. - Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
