Welcome to the Liberati family shore house. This quaint shore cottage has been in our family for a decade. When it isn’t rented by our beloved guests, our family, extended family, friends, and pets cherish the quality time spent at this home together. Our family has put a lot of thought and care into making this house a “home away from home” for us to share with guests such as yourself. We hope you take the time to read the listing and consider our home for your future vacation needs. We are a premier host and have hosted many delighted families over the years. Location, Location, Location! Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Great boardwalk for walkers, runners, and bikers! Plenty of local shops and eateries to try in the area.

Bed Details:
•Bed sizes: (3) twins, (2) queens, (2) fulls, (1) double for the pull-out couch.
•Note that one of the Twins is a trundle, and one of the Fulls is in an unlisted bonus room upstairs.
•The two queens downstairs are brand new Nectar and Raymour and Flanigan mattresses.

Bathroom Details:
•It is a 2.5 Bathroom, but there are 3 showers.
•1st floor full bathroom - tub/shower combo, sink, toilet
•1st floor half bath - shower and toilet, sink is laundry room sink right outside that door - good for showering off after the beach if entering thru back door.
•2nd floor full bath - standing shower, toilet, and sink. Attached to bedroom. (private bath)

Pets (Dogs) - Add them as a Guest!:
•We happily welcome your furry dog friend as a guest at our home for an additional one-time fee.
•If you plan on bringing a pet, please be sure to "add" the pet as a "guest" to this reservation before requesting to book.
•Please inform me that you are bringing your dog in advance to check that the pet fee has been added.
•Guests must declare pets on the reservations. Once declared, the pet fee will be automatically added to the reservation.

•Do not sit on the sofa with sunscreen or tanning oil.
•No pets on the furniture!

Staying Cool (Summertime only):
•In the summertime, there is:
•1 Air Conditioning Unit for each bedroom
•1 Air Conditioning Unit for the downstairs that cools the living room, dining room, and kitchen

Security Cameras:
•There are two external security cameras.
•One on the front door and one on the back door.
•They are motion-activated.

Garage & Beach Gear:
•We have some beach gear for use upon request, but do not guarantee availability.
•You must return all borrowed gear and return it to its original location.
•Do not put sand in the house. Brush or rinse off yourselves and all items before bringing them inside.
•Please return borrowed beach gear to the original location!
•You can use my beach chairs, but do not break them. Use at your own risk. We will not be held liable for guest use of chairs.
• We do not allow guests to use our bicycles and will not be held liable for any use of bicycles.
*Important* You must count and return the proper number of beach tags for the season. (8 for 2024)** Please note: A pet may be regularly present, or may have been present within two weeks preceding the scheduled stay because our rental is pet friendly.
