Welcome to the Iconic yellow mansion at the inlet. Newly updated, this beachfront home boasts over 5,500 square feet, 7 decks, and a panoramic rooftop deck that overlooks the inlet out to the ocean.

Wake up to the sound of waves, take in a rooftop sunrise, then make your way to the beach or spend your time on the private roof top. This is one of the most unique homes in AC. While this property looks like a hotel or bed and breakfast from the outside, the whole house is yours to enjoy a few days of relaxation and unparalleled beautiful views. This is truly one of the most unique beachfront homes in all of Atlantic City and the surrounding areas.

Located steps from the beach entrance, it doesn’t get any more convenient. 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower.

The layout is as follows..

FIRST FLOOR:
-Foyer with travertine tile and grand crystal chandelier.
-Bedroom 1: King bed, Queen sleeper, full length mirrors, private terrace. Sleeps 4.
-Bedroom 2: King bed, Twin bed, large walk in closet, 1 rollaway memory foam bed (in closet). Sleeps 4.
-Bedroom 3- two Queen beds, floor to ceiling mirrors. Sleeps 4.
-Bathroom 1- double vanity, tub/shower combo.
-Bathroom 2- shower stall, laundry, private toilet.
-Garage for storage with a couple bikes and beach chairs (guests are still encouraged to bring their own).

SECOND FLOOR:
-Open concept living/dining/kitchen.
-Bathroom 3- Half bathroom/powder room off of entertaining space.
-Bar with wine fridge and ice maker (so helpful when you have a large group).
-Wrap around balcony with ample seating and amazing views. Grill for your use (guests are responsible for their own propane).
-Bedroom 4- Suite w/ bathroom. King bed, Twin bed, ceiling fan, floor to ceiling mirrors, bathroom with jacuzzi jet tub, separate shower, double vanity, private toilet. Sleeps 3.

THIRD FLOOR SUITE:
-Bedroom 5/Bath 5- 1,200 sq ft room with tons of windows and views of the water, King bed (facing the water), dining area, Twin bed (in separate small space with a door), sectional, 55" smart tv, pool table, 2 balconies overlooking the ocean. Sleeps 3.
-Large walk in shower with rain shower head, double vanity, large 2 person jacuzzi tub with water views.
-Large laundry room with washer, dryer, iron.

FOURTH FLOOR:
-1000 sq ft roof top with unparalleled views of the ocean, inlet, Brigantine bridge and the city's ONLY crow's nest with incredible 360 degree views.

WEDDINGS/EVENTS:
-This is the perfect home for family reunions, small weddings, bachelorettes, or just a relaxing weekend away.
-If you are interested in weddings or events but our calendar isn't open that far in advance, we can open it up for you.
-Additional fees apply to weddings and events along with a separate contract.
-No more than 20 guests without prior approval in writing.

PETS:
-Brand new carpet installed in 2021 therefore we respectfully have to decline pets.

HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS:
At "Icon Playce", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent is provided.
-Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.

-Atlantic City is a barrier island; expect common sightings of ants or critters. The property may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures.
-Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.
-Personalized house guide with local information, suggestions, and recommendations.
-This is in a lively beach area during the summer. There is the chance for noise from music, cars, and people. We can't control this and it does not warrant a refund however we do have a local community officer that we can call at any time if it were to become bothersome.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.

-This is NOT a party house. City-wide quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
-We ask that you please respect the neighbors, the neighborhood and the home.

HOUSE RULES
BOOKING and GUESTS
Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration.
Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:
Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20
We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.

We were looking forward to our stay at this property. Celebrating our parents 60th wedding anniversary is beyond special. The perfect weather allowed us to enjoy the views from the house. However, there were some disappointing aspects. The water was a major issue as it only sporadically got warm and sometimes didn’t even do that. Thankfully we were only there for 2 nights so we made due. Having to move my elderly parents from one bathroom to another where I could get warm water from was very inconvenient. I contacted the owners after we left and was told there was never an issue with the water, that it just takes time to get warm… 20 minutes and still no warm water is unacceptable when you’re spending upwards of $5000 for two days. Also, this was clearly not the case because the owners themselves stated that there was a note in the second floor suite stating that the water takes a while to get warm. Honesty goes a long way when you’re dealing with renters and should be adhered to. In addition to the problem with the water, it was also stated twice on the website that Bedroom #5 had a king bed, two twin beds and a double sleeper sofa. Of course, we made sleeping arrangements based on that description. When I mentioned this to the owners, I was told there was another place on the website that listed that bedroom only slept 3 people. So renter beware there is a water issue that has not been resolved and the owner is aware of and descriptions on the website are not accurate.
