Located in the Inlet area of Atlantic City, this home is a short walk to the boardwalk and near Caspian Avenue Beach! Close to Gardner's Basin, and just minutes to all AC has to offer! Enjoy this tasteful, warm and inviting home away from home, and breathe in the salty ocean air from the front porch. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has a driveway, great amenities and will provide you with everything you need for a stay full of comfort, peace, sun and pleasure!
Located in the Inlet neighborhood of Atlantic City, a very short walk to the boardwalk and inlet beach which overlooks the nearing town of Brigantine, close to the beach, a few blocks from the Historic Gardner’s Basin, North Beach Mini Golf, the Absecon Lighthouse and just a few minute drive to the the casinos and all the action that Atlantic City has to offer!
The home has been freshly designed with tasteful décor to make you really set into a relaxing beach “getaway mode”. With beautiful details and an array of natural light, this space is a perfect location for a family or group to soak up all the best that Atlantic City has to offer.
LIVING ROOM: The main level has a great size living room with a large smart TV (There is no cable for the TV's, only streaming apps), a comfortable sectional couch and an arm chair. Included in the main living space is a half bathroom.
KITCHEN: The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities needed to prepare a meal. There is a dining table and counter bar stools. There is a laundry room in the hallway leading to the kitchen with a washer and dryer.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: -The top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. -Each bedroom is tastefully designed and includes clothing storage closets/dresser, cozy bed linens, and has a Smart TV with has streaming apps (no cable) for viewing pleasure. -There is a queen air mattress for additional sleeping.
BEDROOM 1- 1 King Sized bed and a Smart TV, ensuite full bathroom BEDROOM 2- 1 Queen Sized bed and a Smart TV. BEDROOM 3- 1 Queen Sized bed, a Twin futon, and a Smart TV.
BATHROOMS: -1 Half Bath off of the Living Room -1 Full Bath in the upstairs Hallway with tub/shower -1 Full Bath in the Master Bedroom ensuite with stand up shower
AMENITIES: The home is also equipped with Wifi, a combo drip/keurig coffee machine, board games, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, an outdoor shower and much more!
ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. -This is an attached property, so there is another attached residence to the left. -Please note that there are stairs to enter the home in the front, stairs to enter from the garage, stairs to the second level kitchen/bathroom and stairs to the top floor bedrooms. -Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
PARKING: -There is a driveway at this property for 1 vehicle at the back of the home. -There is also free street parking in front of the home where available. -The garage cannot be used for parking, and you can not park on the street in the back of the house. -Please be advised that since the property is close to the beach, there may be a lot of beachgoers on the block and within the vicinity at times. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
MAIL: -Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property. -If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options. -We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS: At "Harbor Grace", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.
CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

Beach amenities not provided. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations. No open flames, candles, or wax.
