Ce joli cottage de plage situé à Brigantine se trouve à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de la plage. En soirée, sautez dans un Uber pour un trajet rapide de 10 minutes dans les magasins et la vie nocturne d’Atlantic City. Perfect beach house!

We had a wonderful time staying at this perfectly appointed beach house. The owners were very responsive and the house has every little touch you need for a family beach trip. We picked it because it’s a stand alone house so neighbor noise wouldn’t be an issue but wanted a fair price and the house exceeded our expectations!

Great property for a young family!

Our stay at this property was excellent. The owners are very responsive and have thought of just about everything a young family needs on vacation. There's plenty of toys (both in the house and for the beach), a high chair, and pack and play. The walk to the beach is short and they provide a wagon and a cart for transporting all of the toys, chairs, and umbrellas that are available for use in the shed. The house is very clean and updated. For a family with young kids, this place is perfect!

Cozy Cottage A+

We had such a wonderful time staying at Tom and Julianna’s home. It was extremely clean, well stocked with everything you need for toddlers and a trip to the beach, and close to the beach! Tom and Julianna were extremely responsive and detailed with check in and out procedures and everything you might need for your stay at their place. We would certainly visit here again!

Close to beach, quiet neighborhood

Absolutely loved this location and house. Very quick walk to the beach where it was barely crowded at all. House provided chairs, umbrellas, beach carts and much more. Great place to stay for a small family with a little one. Tried to book again for this year but they appear to be booked up. Will definitely try to stay again next year when availability opens up.

Great Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was very close to the beach and Tom and Juliana provide a bunch of things for you to use when you go (chairs, toys for the kiddos, etc.). There's a great outdoor space for when you're at the house too - including a large umbrella to provide some shade when you want it. The house was very clean, had all the things we needed, and was super kid-friendly - it worked perfectly for our stay. We would stay here again without thinking twice. Thanks for everything!

Perfect place for stay with young family

We had a brilliant time in the pristine house on Putnam Place thanks to the great care taken with the details, from a beach wagon + sandcastle supplies to a comprehensively equipped kitchen to a stash of toys that kept our toddler delighted the whole time.

Nice spot

My family and I had an awesome time staying at this house for a week in Brigantine! It was the perfect size for myself, my husband and our two boys. It is close to the beach and right around the corner from a playground/basketball hoops, which my boys loved having quick access to. The backyard was nice too for eating meals, hanging out or cleaning up after the beach. The shed is well stocked with chairs, a beach cart and beach toys. The owners are quick to respond and very nice. I highly recommend this house for a vacation in Brigantine!

Perfect beach house for a small family

We were lucky to find this gem on Brigantine. Tom and his wife are perfect hosts and great communicators. The house is stocked with everything that you will need and it is in a perfect location for a very short walk to the beach. The backyard with the grill, deck and fire pit were a great way to end every day. We would definitely stay in the house again and suggest staying there for anyone who is looking for a great small house with all the amenities!

A perfect getaway!

The home was perfect! We loved every minute of our week at the cozy cottage. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Grill was top notch, and the beach was pristine! The beds were clean, new, and comfortable. We had a relaxing, fun week. We we're fortunate to be there for the Atlantic City Air Show with the Blue Angels. Everything was provided for us in this home. This cozy cottage exceeded our expectations! Thank you!!

Perfect Family Beach House

We stayed at the Beach House the last week of July. Couldn't have asked for a better location for my family. The property was clean, inviting and had everything you needed for a perfect family vacation. The property owner is great to interact with. Very easy going and responsive. We loved our stay! Cozy Beach Cottage

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Tom and Juliana’s cozy beach cottage in Brigintine! The owners of the house were quick to respond, answered all questions, were helpful, and thought of everything to make our week long stay very comfortable! My children especially loved playing with the little kitchen set, loved sleeping in the bunk bed room, and enjoyed playing in the fenced in yard! The house was super clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans. The fenced in yard was fantastic and the patio set on the deck was where we ate our morning meals! The Adirondack chairs on the front porch was a great place to have a glass of wine while soaking in the last of the suns rays. Additionally, the house was a short, easy two block walk to the beach. For restaurants I would highly recommend the Crab Shack in Brigintine for some of the freshest seafood around. For the best burgers and beer I would recommend Wing Craft in Atlantic City, and for some of the most interesting light and tasty gnocchi, pizza, and Italian fair made fresh in the morning each day, I would suggest traveling to Margate to the new restaurant called Saltwater Grill. We always love coming to Brigintine and I am happy to say we would most definitely recommend this cozy cottage to anyone looking to enjoy the island of Brigintine Beach! Thank you Tom for allowing us to stay in your home! We had an amazing week!
