This stunningly beautiful, Ocean City, NJ vacation rental is one of the best on the island! Fabulously furnished and an unbeatable location, this property is ideal with all modern conveniences including state-of-the-art technology throughout the house with beautiful decor! Located on beach block (Plymouth Place, which is between 7th & 8th), you are in the CENTER of everything with only a 3 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk and centrally located to all that OC has to offer. No streets to cross to get to the boardwalk / beach (don't be fooled by other properties that claim beach block and are not, see the drone photos to see how close we are). With parking at a premium at this ideal location, we offer 2 off-street parking spaces (1 garage and 1 driveway). Once you arrive, you can conveniently park and enjoy all of the benefits that Ocean City has to offer without driving anywhere. You can also take advantage of on-street parking on Plymouth Place.

This unit is being fully renovated for the 2024 season by a professional interior designer. We are sparing no expenses when furnishing this vacation house so that you and your family can experience luxury at its finest. We will have state-of-the-art technology throughout the unit with a huge flat screen Smart TV in the living area (above the fireplace) and each of the bedrooms will also have a flat screen smart TV. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which will be fully tiled from floor to ceiling. The hall bathroom will also have beautiful floor to ceiling tiles and a bathtub/shower. The kitchen will be equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances with quartz counter tops and a breakfast bar area with modern stools. The kitchen will be fully stocked with all cooking amenities and supplies that you will need. The dining room is being designed with a custom, inbuilt dining area and the oversized living room has cathedral ceilings and will be fully equipped with a beautiful sleeper sofa. The modern elegance of this beach home and its unbeatable location (beach block in the heart of Ocean City) make this the perfect vacation getaway!

Beautiful home in an amazing location!

My family (husband and 3 daughters) staying in this home for a long weekend. My husband had a show in the Music Pier (1 block away) and I celebrated my birthday! The home was VERY clean! They provided bath towels and linens which is a HUGE convenience! The home was modern, yet cozy. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were modern and the high ceilings and sky lights made the home even brighter than it already was. I highly recommend! We did not need the trundle in the bunk room, but my daughter enjoyed it as a place for her stuffies to sit :) We enjoyed are stay very much and were happy to find this home. Five stars!!

Fabulous House and Location

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house right off the boardwalk! It was the perfect spot for our three-generation family trip. The location couldn't be better—close to everything we wanted to explore. The comfortable furniture made it easy to relax after a day at the beach, and the house was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed. Whether we were enjoying breakfast on the porch or gathering in the cozy living area, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. This place truly made our family vacation special. Highly recommend!

Missed the Mark

PROS: - Location! Just 1 block off boardwalk and beach. - Communication with owner(s). Easy texting with prompt responses. Willing to help out with everything we reached out about. - Nice, high-end finishes. CONS: - AC didn't work. Promptly sent out a tech who confirmed it needed to be replaced. Then sent 2 other companies out during our stay - 3 separate visits - to provide estimates for replacement. Owner confirmed in writing multiple times when the HVAC companies would be coming, so we left to accommodate only to learn they were actually coming the following day. They did give us a GC for breakfast to make up for the scheduling blunder. Luckily we had a cool week, but planning for 3 separate companies to come out while on vacation with a 2.5 year old wasn't fun. - Water in bath tub came out brown. - Door knob to the building fell off multiple times when trying to open it. - No lock on the sliding doors to the 3rd floor deck. Huge safety issue. - Horrible, rotting smell coming from the lower floor unit's garage. The people were checked out of that unit for days before their trash (and smell) was removed. - Hanging door mirrors not secured, very unsafe and banged every time you used door. - Forgot a sweater, contacted them within 24 hours (before anyone else checked-in) with exact location and was told it wasn't found. - Checked out 1 day early due to issues and asked for any kind of refund for the day. Only offered discount for next booking and no $ back.

Everything was perfect

This property was perfect - a great location and top-notch amenities! It was beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. Providing linen services, as well as beach towels, chairs and tags, was super convenient. We are hoping to return to the same place next year!
