No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.

Five exterior security cameras are located around the property and face outward.

Accessibility
This is a two-story house with an exterior staircase to enter. A half bath is on the first floor, while all bedrooms and full bathrooms require interior stair access on the second floor.

Carpeted Areas
To help keep the carpets clean and comfortable for everyone, please remove your shoes before entering carpeted areas. Socks are available at the side entrance for your convenience.

Fireplace
To use the fireplace, pull open the vent at the bottom of the unit and press the toggle switch marked with a flame.

Accent Lighting
The lights on the stairs and tree can be plugged in behind the sofa. The headboard lights in the main bedroom can also be plugged in.

Household Supplies & Comforts
Loaner terry cloth robes are available in the bedrooms for use during your stay. Please leave used robes with the used linens and towels before departure. Dish liquid is provided in the dispenser to the right of the kitchen sink, and the dish rack is located underneath the sink. A broom and dustpan are located beside the refrigerator.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
